Heath First Kalgoorlie is an excellent provider for your physiotherapy need's, Nisa who is my physiotherapist has an excellent understanding of how the structure and function of the human body and it’s movements work and was able to diagnose and treat my issues, Nisa provided an outstanding service as well as a good laugh, and I would highly recommend seeing the amazing team at Health First Kalgoorlie for your physiotherapy requirements.

My 11 year old son came out from seeing Nisa with less pain and inflammation around his knee. She was very informative also. I Highly recommend her!

When you're a traveller you're never sure what kind of health service you'll get. Gabe read my referral carefully, assessed my injury, explained his treatment and follow up excersises in detail. I am confident I've received the best possible treatment and would highly recommend HFK.

Just visited yesterday for the first time as I've had really bad lower back pain for a while now. Reception lady was amazing, so welcoming and friendly and Nisa who worked on my back was fantastic! I've woken up today and totally forgot I even had back pain lol! She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through each step and even gave me some stretches to do at home. First time ever seeing a physiotherapist and was a little apprehensive. Awesome and professional service from the moment of entry by all staff. Very happy with the level of expertise and explanation of possible causes and treatment plan. I look forward to returning for follow up treatment and would totally recommend this practice.

Great customer service and had the time to squeeze you in for an appointment when needed done urgent.

They fit me in quite quickly, I had a remedial massage done which fixed the problem within the next 3 days. Although I didn’t receive the Physio cream upon being a first time customer as advertised, I would highly recommend.

I have never been to a Physiotherapist before in my life and from the ladies at the front desk and then meeting and talking to Jen I felt at ease. Everything was explained to me and what we would be working towards. It was only my first appointment but feeling positive and looking forward to feeling better.

I just finish my first session with Kenan and I was really impressed! I’ve had a shoulder issue for the past couple of years and been to multiple physiotherapists with no luck. Kenan analysed my situation and determined the source of my injury, all whist talking me through the entire process. I’d highly recommend anyone with sporting related to seek Kenans help!

I appreciate the business managed a same day appointment for me but there was then a 20 min wait after the booking time. I am standing the whole time because I can’t sit because of pain. No reason given by reception, and even when physio took me in, no apology or comment about the wait time. Physio was fine. Didn’t seem particularly interested, perfunctory, but I received enough pain relief treatment in acupuncture and massage to see me through. I wouldn’t go back, and the physio made no recommendations or ask for follow to get me back. Same day booking but irritating wait and basic service.

Such friendly staff and professionalism to boot! Made things easy to understand and very comforting. Would highly recommend seeing this wonderful team at Kalgoorlie Physio first!

My new favourite place! Super friendly service from the day I booked my appointment with the receptionist right through to seeing the physio! Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Was a pleasant experience going to Kalgoorlie Physio. The 2 reception girls were so helpful & friendly. The Physiotherapist I saw told me everything she was going to do which made me feel comfortable. I will be going back there.
