Kalbarri Seafront Villas

We were fortunate to have a 2nd storey room with a view of the surf. Walking distance to shops, and beach across the road. Friendly staff. Very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location is awesome. We did have a slight hiccup with our booking, which was my error, but Fay and Jamie sorted things out quickly. No, it's not a 5 star accommodation but it's really comfortable, the rooms (and the property) are immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff are really friendly and very helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

I really liked the automated check in system. I panicked a bit when I got my passengers there late, but the auto kiosk saved the day. 3 cheers for vending machines. The rooms were entirely adequate. Great location, 2 minutes from the beach. They also supplied those little milk packets in the fridge. Good stuff.

Nicely appointed, clean, tidy, studio apartments in a great central location - pillows were amaaazzzing! The team at Kalbarri Seafront were sooo warm and friendly - will stay again.

Well appointed rooms. Contemporary bed, Large disabled bathroom. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to change the date of our stay due to weather issues. They could not accommodate us so we requested refund of deposit. Company refused refund. Do not deal with this company.

Had a nice stay here. The location is excellent, depe ding on the rooms some nice views. Walk across the road to the beach and short walk to tavern, Iga and pier/marina. Rooms ok, nothing new or fancy but decent size with kitchen bathroom and living area. There's a laundromat on site and small pool.

Discrimination will hopefully be your businesses downfall. I hope you go bankrupt for your disgusting policy.

Passing through, stopped by to enquire about the accommodation. Totally rude staff, discriminatory remarks and not clean at all from what I've seen walking around. Rubbish bin totally full and stinky around 3pm while we were there.

All these wonderful reviews and we had a terrible time, was dirty and the lady was very rude.
Maybe we will try again next time.

No time for businesses that want to discriminate. Hopefully you go out of business soon enough.

This company just refused to continue with and refund a deposit on a booking. They are asking to view private medical records and
I do believe this is illegal as these records are private.
If they wanted to perpetrate this discrimination, it should have been in the original contract.
And yes it is their choice to do this, but a full refund should be made, as the booking did not stipulate this condition at the time of booking.
This is disgraceful business practice, avoid this business at all costs.

Just visited after the cyclone. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The villa has superb views over the river and ocean. Centrally located you could not want for more.

Ok.place to put your head down for night or two but for me no longer than that.
Aircons not.very good old and no strong wind from the aircon to cool.room down did cool.room aventunitly The room I had did have a huge shower floor space area I liked. They had a Lovley pool as you will.need.it.when it's 40 degrees.

Unit was clean, apartments look aged, pool was clean, good location. I would expect it to be more modern for the price

Just arrived. Basic room and lovely cool pool for a dip. Across the road is the beach. More to come.

Stayed for 5 nights at the town house as a group of 4. It was comfortable, it had amazing views of the sea and inlet. It had all the amenities needed to be self sufficient with a BBQ, cooking equipment and plenty of space. Highly recommended due to location and value.

For 3 star accom, i was very happy. Spacious, clean rooms and staff were lovely. The prices were very decent also. I would stay again if i were to go back to W. A.

Gets the rating for affordability/value for money in this town. Decent no-frills accommodation. Clean and comfortable
