Kalbarri Reef Villas

Basic but clean and tidy. Walls are a bit thin. But overall we had a great stay and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Perfect easy location just one street back. The accommodation was dated and ‘cold’ and desperately needs an update or a bit of a touch up.
Otherwise it served a purpose and ive stayed in far worse but also better.

Great location. Extremely basic. Veggie remains in the kitchen. Food packets in the 2nd bedroom. Not all the lights worked. No blind on the kitchen window, this window has the main walkway to all apartments and pool. It is also your walkway from the bathroom to upstairs!
Family's with children there is rat bait under the kitchen sink with no safety lock on the door or message to warn you they are using it.

Last week June 21-24,2023 we reserved this property. Don’t be fooled by the images. This is an unsecured unsafe, rooms electricals are hazardous this could be detrimental. Toilets leaking, no exhaust fans in the wash room. Extremely old stuff, electrical switches, wall plug points are not to modern standards. Fairly smelly place. You can’t walk in the room even do “anything” extremely noisy. Door lock not safe. Cooking facilities fairly good. Utensils good. Kitchen window curtains none. No proper power extensions. Air conditioner’s dust, if used the dusts could clog your lungs. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless it is certified.

Nice place very close to the beach, was clean and tidy, if a little dark inside, had everything you would need, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

Needs maintenance as things are falling apart. Light in bathroom is dangerous as when tap is turned on the light flickers so electric current must be running through it.

Has everything you want in a holiday rental- attractive gardens, pool, balcony, fresh air, proximity, simplicity. Love it.

The buildings are not new but well maintained, clean, well equipped kitchen, modern appliances and air conditioning, very comfortable beds, lounge and dining furniture. The surrounding gardens are lush and full of birds. It was so lovely sitting on the shaded balcony every morning to have my breakfast and listen to the birdsong. I loved every minute of my week long holiday and Honor was so very accommodating and professional. I will definitely return. The Villas are situated minutes from the beach and shops. Truly great value.

The villas are old and outdated. With low water pressure, lights that didn't work and only one power point at ceiling height in the master bedroom. Definitely not worth the stay

Dark onside, old and tired, bed terrible, cheap and nasty items in kitchen, no tv remote, dont waste your money.

Perfect location, wonderful for families. We stayed in number 9 and it was great. Having a pool to swim with the kids in the evening was perfect!

While the location is great, the villa's and ground need love.
Located just off the main road, the villas are walking distance to all you need in town.
Our villa had several sockets that didnt work, extractor fan in the kitchen didnt work taps in the kitchen leak, that siad the kitchen had nearly all you need to make a meal. No remote for the TV, sofa cushions so worn out all you can feel the springs. Grounds around the pool need work, but the pool is clean.
Our friends villa had a burnt out electrical switch and the battery was missing out of the smoke detector.
