Attended a half day course on meditation and it was very helpful to learn
I attended the January 2020 meditation challenge at this meditation centre. The venue is a very special place with a wonderful atmosphere. The people were very helpful and the meditation instructions were clear and easy to understand.

I attended the half day "Meditations for a clear mind" course on Saturday 14th July. It was undoubtedly one of the best things I have ever done for myself. So relaxing and nourishing in a non threatening, beautiful environment. Everyone was lovely. Our teacher Tara (an ordained nun) was sweet, gentle and wise. If you are contemplating visiting this centre don't delay - you won't be disappointed!
