Took Bichon puppy in for his first groom, very happy with the cut and he came back a happy puppy and not at all upset by the experience

Thank you K9. Within 24 hours of putting my name down on a waitlist I was able to bring Nala in for a deluxe wash and nice short summer cut. Just before Christmas Day too!
Staff are amazing and so kind. They looked after Nala so well, and you can see the genuine care they show.
We are very happy to find somewhere just as tremendous, now that our usual groomer has moved away. We have booked in again and look forward to being regulars.

Niaryn does an amazing job of grooming our miniature schnauzer. They tailor groom requests depending on our preferences and the season. Highly recommend.

I took Maggie my 4 year old Spoodle for her first groom at K9 she had got quite long and matted in places. Sienna was very welcoming and explained she would have to groom quite short because of the matting. Sienna kept in touch during the groom which I appreciated. Maggie looked so cute when I picked her up wearing a sparkly bandana …thank you Sienna we will be back to see you in a few weeks.

We have been getting our dog groomed here for about a year now. Friendly staff, groom as requested and communication as soon as the pet is ready.

Our dog Molly was groomed for the first time by Nicole this morning. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Molly came out happy and looking absolutely beautiful! I keep looking at her and telling her how PRETTY she is! Her face is gorgeous and we honestly think it's the best groom she's ever had.

Mel was so lovely to deal with and our boy came back to us so tired from all the fun he had, he couldn't stay awake in the short drive back to our camp site lol Thank you mel!

Our little frenchie loves her daycare time. She is always happy when we pick her up. She is loved and cared for and we know she is in safe hands.

The K9 team were really helpful and accommodating to my 2 dogs and let me get them groomed together, they let me know they were changing their haircut due to matting which I appreciate. Their haircuts are so cute! So happy with the service thank you:)

I took my recently adopted cocker spaniel to K9 Dog Grooming. He is a little wary and anxious around strangers but Niaryn and the team looked after him and he came back a happy and handsome boy. I will definitely be taking him back there for future grooms!

With such great reviews we took our pooch to K9 for Deluxe groom, sadly bit dissapointed see pic. Most of the groom was good but her face is very lopsided. No bandana but was given some treats and a spray.

We been taking our two pups to K9 for a few weeks now and they love it. Our older boy is very shy, normally I have to help him into the car for travelling. On Doggy Daycare days he jumps in on his own and has a big waggy tail when he sees Jeremy or Nicole. He even has started inviting other pups to play with him. This is a HUGE improvement for him, thanks to the care and support everyone at K9 Playtime gives.

Great first grooming experience for my pup. I felt very comfortable leaving her in the K9 team’s care and they did a fantastic job.

First time visit for my pups today and will definitely be returning regularly! The team did a great job tidying up my pups' coats, and with extra gentle hands for my girl who is slightly special needs. Highly recommend.
