They are hairdressers who provide the best service. She's good and kind. Unfortunately, my hair couldn't be permed. But she made a huge difference to my bangs. Not only that, they also took care of my mood and styled me beautifully!

I used to come to bullcreek k3G when there are group of Korean female hairdresser here
But now I think maybe they have changed management
They have failed with the hair colour that I requested and have to spent another 1.5 hour to redo the colour
When I rang for the appoinment I was told of between $70-$90 for ladies short hair to ear length
And I was ended up paying $200 for my short hair and for such a short hair I was sitting there from 11-3pm

I usually walked out of their door with satisfaction and really happy with my new hairstyle but definitely not this time

Therefore I won’t be back again

There is no doubt that they are skilled about hair. I've been to their other stores such as north birdge and Cockburn and they all good at skills.
But the only thing surprised me today is about the price. With my hair length for hair cut normally should be around $38 at all other branches. However, once I finished today I've been told as $50 for hair cut. I queried was there a price increase and the answer was no. Then the hairdresser explained cause my cut has more layer.
Is this the normal process at your store to add extra charge at the end of service?
There is no communication with customer about the additional cost during the hair cut process.
If it is not allowed at your store, then I would like the store manager to be aware of what happened.

I called to make an appointment and te conversation alone was like pulling teeth! Rude, barely spoke English and very impatient. I wouldn't take my chances.

Do not come here if you dont want your hair to be thinned out to the max.literally took shears and kept chopping out chunks of hair even though i requested not too much to be thinned out.almost left with only 1/2 of the hair i came in.

Bad Experience. Last appointment of the day. Had a rude hairdresser and sometimes I think not even paying attention to what she is doing with my hair! Some of their Korean family friends came in during my haircut and the hairdresser and salon in general were completely unprofessional having long loud chats in Korean. In the end my hair was really short- shorter than I wanted it to be because I believe they weren't paying attention to customer service. The city Kthreeg on Pier St is much better. Will not be returning to this outlet.

Really bad service.already make appointment.half hour early, i call them telling i will be late for 10 minutes, they said no waiting, tell me not to come if i can't on time.

Had my hair cut here twice, and both times I am been very happy with the result. Both hairdressers I had spent around 50mins cutting and blow-drying my hair, and when I told them what kind of haircut I wanted, they were both really good at telling me what would work and what wouldn't. Sometimes there was a bit of a language barrier, but no significant difficulties. Overall, time, care and quality for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Visited KthreeG for the first time to get my hair dyed. All staffs were very friendly and welcoming and I'm really pleased with my new hair colour! A big thank you to Judy who did an amazing job with my hair! She exactly knew what I wanted and gave me good advice on maintaining my new hair colour. I'm so impressed and pleased with the outcome!
