Terrible job. Eyebrows are now too thin, different lengths & different thicknesses. Will have to hope they grow back well enough to be reshaped properly by someone competent. Gets one star only because zero stars wasn’t accepted by this review system.

I’ve never trusted anybody to do my eyebrows because every time I go to a salone I either breakout or I hate the end result. I have to say I’m highly impressed with this place and the costumers service. The lovely Deep does my eyebrows and I trust her completely because she knows how to do her job very well. I can’t recommend this beauty salone more than I already do.

The worst threading in my life span from the day i have started threading my face. Not only they are costly as compare to Australia’s big cities where i have been earlier, but the way of doing things is horrifying too. They didn’t even use any product to ease the pain even after asking they were unable to perform the task even after showing them the right way. I was left with bruises and full red eyes and forehead i came in between of my threading cause the pain was unbearable.never ever visiting them again and will never recommend to anyone.pathetic and unprofessional

I have been going there from the last 3 years now and the staffs are friendly and professional, especially Deep. She is very knowledgeable and gave me good advice for my face threading. Highly recommended!

This business is a rip off it has no customer service and they are extremely rude take your money and provide nil customer service or accountability for their actions You can only book online and select your shop and make your booking and you are required to pay a deposit your money goes to a 3rd party in Melbourne and the form books you into a random shop in Melbourne after contacting owner on a mobile who seemed very vague and irate told me to proceed to my appointment when I got there there was no appointment and no refund centre manager and security had to ask for correct details and the girl in shop would not help nore did there customer service line nor the manager this is a very bad business and I am still awaiting refund negative 100 stars

Website says closes at 6. Left work early to make it before closing and it was closed at 5: 35.

I visited this place and had to wait nearly 2 hours to get my threading and lash lift done. The staff is under experienced, she burnt my eye lashes, it’s very weak and falling off now. I went back and the other staff did it again and couldn’t reverse my natural lashes. I am extremely annoyed and with the service. Very bad service it’s a rip off, wasted $99 to burn my lashes.

Super quick, appreciate that it is a walk in salon so easy to fit around my schedule. The lady did a beautiful job on my brows!

I visited the saloon for threading and I had a worst experience in my life. The staff is not experienced, you can see in the picture they pinched my skin with the thread.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service, the staff are really friendly and the masks are so good, my skin feels so good after. Deep did my mask and she was awesome and kind.
I have experienced with some other saloons but this is the best place to go for your treatment.

Number listed just rings then goes to voicemail. Literally been calling for days and no answer and no one returns the message.
So can't even make an appointment here. Bit useless if you ask me.

I went to just threading 3 months ago for my eyebrows and now I am very happy with my eyebrows. Thanks, Deep. You spent time on my eyebrows she does excellent work. My eyebrows were uneven and now I really love my them. Highly recommended️

I wish their staff were consistent. Just when I find a lady that spends time on my brows, she’s no longer working there and I’m stuck with someone else who just rushes me through
