Found Just Property Management to be very helpful and professional right from the beginning. Having just sold our property an needing somewhere quickly to call home both Chloe and Amanda were not only helpful but Amanda stayed in contact with us over the Xmas/New Year holiday break when their office was meant to be closed. No hesitation in recommending these guys either as tenants or Landlord.

An absolute nightmare. Nothing ever gets done unorganised takes ages to hear back form the property manager and even laughs over the phone. Would never recommend

The property we are currently renting is under Jess Macrone’s Management and we have been extremely happy with the service we have received from her on a constant basis. In the past we have found it difficult to get hold of property managers and constantly waiting for returned calls regarding certain issues but Jess is always available no matter how big or small the issue and follows up with us to make sure we are satisfied and ensures the owners best interests are met as-well. I feel like she has a perfect balance as I’m sure she does with all her properties. Jess has such a cheerful personality and makes us feel like nothing is too much trouble and is always a delight to speak to. Thankyou so much Jess!

Worst property manager for tenants. They will take all your bond for vacate cleaning, even if the house is sparkling clean.

Jess Macrone has been my property manager for the last year. She has been nothing short of awesome. Always so helpful and willing to go that little bit extra with managing my property. I have been living in Europe for most of this last year and with all the challenges with this Jess has kept things ticking along beautifully!

Jess is very diligent and has a fantastic work ethic. She manages my property in Delyallup extremely well. Jess is persistent and keeps on following up until she reaches me when I’m difficult to get a hold off. I would recommend Just Property Management to friends and family with an extra note to request Jess as the property manager.

Chloe was very helpful, communication was awesome. She was friendly and found solutions to the problems very quickly. Thank you Chloe for all your help, you are very professional.

I would just like to say how easy our property vacate was from 24 Burleigh with both Carra and Jess, they were professional, friendly, fair and very communicative which made the transition very smooth and made a very stressful time a lot easier for myself. During our lease we always found all the staff respectful and prompt with any of our queries and maintenance. Keep up the good work, I will certainly highly recommend your company.
