I am based in Brisbane and chose Just In Time Gourmet because they had free delivery in Perth Metro, and would also deliver on Father's Day. As with most hampers, I only liked half the inclusions, however Just In Time allowed me to select my own goodies from a great range of products via an easy to use online service. The process was smooth, delivery was done late morning, and Hubby was stoked with his 'Man Box'. Highly recommended experience. Cheers!

Ordered a custom gift box and it was delivered in Perth in less than 24 hours. My sister in law was thoroughly thrilled with the gift box! Will definitely be ordering through this service again!

Would like to say had a great experience sending a gift from Just In Time Gourmet. Had a quircky delivery name for my friends and Just In Time checked that the name was correct before sendingDue to large demand on Aust Post because of Covid, my gift was not delivered on day requested. However upon sending query about it, I received super quick response and follow up and gift was delivered day after. Sadly, a jar of honey was broken in delivery and again, even though I did not request a replacement, upon Just In Time receiving the news, they sent an express post replacement jar to my friends. Beautifully giftwrapped, great products, amazing super speedy customer service! Highly recomendMy friends loved their gift and I loved the personalised customer service!

I'm in Ireland and sent a hamper through Just in Time Gourmet to my nephew and his fiance in Perth as their wedding was postponed and should have been today. What a great experience. There was a muck-around with delivery date (our fault) but the team from 'Just In Time Gourmet' communicated with us in a timely manner to let us know it couldn't be delivered. They then ensured that the beautiful gift basket was delivered in perfect condition at a later date to a very happy mother-in-law. Highly recommended.

I'm leaving this review as a recipient, but I know from the sender that the whole process of ordering, tracking and receiving was smooth and super efficient.

We agreed it was the most gorgeous hamper any of us had ever seen. Incredible quality. Luxurious yet sustainable, perfect variety of gifts, tasteful, and all so beautifully wrapped and presented.

I rang Just In Time around 8.45am on a Friday morning to ask if they could deliver an order to the Perth CBD on the same day.
“Yes”, they said, but not until later in the afternoon,
Feeling thankful, I promptly ordered online before 9am.

An hour later, I received an email confirming that my made-to-order hamper had already been dispatched, and not very long after that, I received a call from my overjoyed daughter who had just received her beautifully packaged hamper.

I can say unequivocally that JITG's service is the best and most efficient I have ever been given. I am extremely impressed.

For anyone else who may see this review, kindly note that Just In Time Gourmet have several stellar points of difference which place them well ahead of similar services:
- you can design your own hamper
- the cost of their products are only just above RRP - not ridiculously inflated
- there is no charge for same day delivery if you order early
-Just In Time’s customer service is extraordinary.

I’m very grateful to the JITG staff for delivering my dream hamper to my daughter on such short notice, as she was leaving work that day to go on holidays.
