I got my hair cut by Theresa she was the sweetest lady and my hair looks and feels amazing

I never go into a hair salon because I get scared the hair dresser will never listen to what I want but I would hands down recommend Teresa to anyone and everyone
My cut was spot on and I will be coming back thank you for your amazing spark and service

I’m not one to write a review, but massive shout out to Theresa!
We walked in hopeful for a cut for my daughter and we got in and left with the biggest smile on our faces. She was sooo lovely and made us both feel so comfortable within the store and just put the biggest grin on my daughters face to the point she hasn’t stopped talking about her. Will definitely go back again!

I had my hair cut today, no appointment just walk in, also learn some tips, how to takecare my hairs. After hair cut i see new me. Both ladies are nice and friendly. Thankyou for gift (balls) my daughter change her mind and keep both. Highly recommended

I hadn't had a haircut for 6 months, as travelling. So I was in desperate need. Wendy did an amazing job. Especially considering she had never cut my hair before. A lovely lady who listened to how I wanted it cut. Asking questions constantly. So very, very happy with the result. Thanks Wendy. I feel a million dollars.

I went in and told the stylist I wanted a fringe and face framing. She told me no! She said it wouldn't work that I had to know how to style it. Etc etc.
If I am paying you to give me what I ask for, you do that. You don't tell me I won't know how to look after it. That's on me afterwards. I know how to style a fringe. I know how to maintain it. If I needed help I'd ask for it. I didn't. I asked for a fringe to be cut into my hair.
In the end I got it. But she didn't do the face framing like I'd asked.
It frustrated me. But I left with a fringe which I was wanting. Had to fight for it though.

Thank goodness for angels like Theresa. Not only did she give my autistic daughter a beautiful hair cut, but she made her feel comfortable and special. Overall there is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the salon, even when busy. I will definitely be back!

This was the best experience for a restyle/cut that I have had in a long time, love it, even my husband loved it, many thanks to Tash

Last time I used this service it was great. Friendly staff, good cut and the usual expected wait times.
This time they fell short.really short.
I booked my cut on line and it said an 80 min wait time.no problem.
It took me approx 25 minutes to get to the store and confirm my booking. I was told at least a 1 hour wait.still no problem I had shopping to do.
Went back after over an hour to re check. Was told 2 people still in front of me but stay close as it would be less than 20 minute wait. After 20 min I watched 1 person leave the store and 4 more turned away for long wait times. Another 15 minutes later I was messaged to make my way back to the store. I cannot comment on the quality of my cut as I did not make it back to the store.

This place has gotten very expensive.
$64 for a 3yo and 5yo boy to have a haircut. The haircuts were fairly messy and unevenly cut. Lots of loose bits I had to fix up at home.

The hairdressers are good. However, very disappointed that they do NOT have a receptionist. The hairdressers do the cutting and still attend as receptionist. Around 5 interruptions while cutting. Disappointing.

Love getting a haircut at Just Cuts Mandurah Forum, the staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The staff make you feel as if they are your personal friends and always up for a good laugh. Thank you ladies
