Just Cuts

I've always had a great cut here! It's so hard to find a good hairdresser, but these guys have been great. Haven't left with a bad haircut yet. Won't be going anywhere else

Hairdresser did a good job of young child's haircut but didn't explain what she wanted the child to do and instead handled their head forcefully, and didn't pick up on or respond to child being anxious/unsure and being coy to connect with her, making no attempt to make child feel comfortable.

I have being going to Liam for a long time now. Very professional and consistent, I know I’m getting a good haircut when he’s there.

I was served by Hermie who was lovely and professional. She did a great job at adding layers to my curly hair!

I had my hair cut at the Whitfords Just Cuts salon last week by an awesome stylist named Jessica. I'm immunocompromised, meaning I need the person working on my hair to wear a mask and use hand sanitiser before touching me. Unfortunately, people can sometimes be pretty awful about that, so I called ahead to make sure there wouldn't be any issues and Jessica assured me that it wouldn't be an issue.

Not only was she great about the precautions I needed her to take (wearing a mask properly the entire time and using hand sanitiser when she had to step away for a moment without me having to ask), she put a ton of care into getting a great result for me with the actual haircut. My hair has a few issues that can be a bit finnicky and Jessica's expertise really showed in how she fine-tuned her approach to get the look I wanted (based on some photos I'd shown her beforehand). Jessica took great care in getting the details (eg.layers and shaping around my face) as perfect as possible and I'm absolutely delighted with how my hair turned out. It's actually better than the photos I'd originally shown her, because she found ways to make it work best for me and my hair, both aesthetically and practically.

The salon itself was also great, in general - tidy and pristine (evidently excellent hygiene standards) with very comfy chairs and a chill, welcoming atmosphere, along with excellent prices.

I'll definitely be going back to this salon and requesting that Jessica cut my hair the next time I'm due for a trim! Highly, highly recommend!

Bloody made me look like a junkie i asked for a clean boxed out crew cut with the mullet on the back and before i knew the hairdresser was hacking at the top of my head like it was the vietnam rainforest.i now look like a complete junkie with the most ratty skullet and the highest most ugly fade and shortes fringe in perth.i been here a few times and the always kook my hair exept for the old asian lady she knew what she was doing.in crisis right now cant decide wether i should wait for it to grow out or go bald

Liam was highly professional and did the most fabulous hair cut. Amazing customer service and very charming

I visit this shop nearly every week Katrina and her staff are very professional pleasant and treat their clients in the way they expect have nothing but praise for the team there highly recommend

This was the worst haircut ever. I don't expect a fancy or complicated hair cut when I go to Just Cuts but she managed to cut patches out of both sides of my head. Sections that are dramatically shorter than the rest of my hair. It looked like I had big bald patches. She laughed about it when I questioned what she had done. When I went to pay she told me the Eftpos regularly goes out of service and I had to pay $35 cash - I questioned that this seemed more than usual and she insisted that was the price.

It might seem like a cheap, simple, easy option but save yourself the trouble and don't go here.

I think the old bag that cut my hair doesn't understand that at a hair salon they cut hair not tear it out of your head. I've never had someone be so rough with my hair.even while I'm getting my back blown out

For the price you pay I'd expect more considering my regular barber is 35 a cut and it's always exactly what I want this is not worth it. (regular barber was booked out)

Can't give you a hair cut without a mobile. Weird. "That's just how our system works. If you don't want to give mobile we can't help you". In other words, computer says "no".

I went in for a straight fringe trim. It was only $11.but once I got home and my fringe had dried.it was very uneven and looked chopped.it needed another hairdresser to "fix it up"

Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who cut my hair. She was very polite, good with conversation during the cut but most of all, a great stylist. I had thoughts of what the cut would look like as my cut is very basic and boring. The lady who cut my hair actually introduced a style which I and my partner really liked. If there was a guarantee I'd get the same person, would absolutely go back.

I have been having my hair cut at Just Cuts since the business opened at Whitfords. Tracy and the rest of the staff is very professional and lovely. Liam cut my hair about a month ago. It is still growing out great. Now, to all, be thankful. They too need to take care of their health.

The lady who cut my hair was very warm & friendly. She did a wonderful job. Her co-worker was very friendly too. I’ll be more than happy to go back there:)

Julie was a gem! I’m now sitting 3 weeks past my restyle and couldn’t be happier with the way my hair sits she’s a gem who isn’t afraid to give you some friendly advice on what’s best for your hair thanks a million!

I was not happy with Lynn at Just cuts. She mentioned $34.00 for hair cut and when it came to payment, charged $53.00. The extra was for drying, and treatment which she did not clarify at the start. I believe it is unfair to charge customer before letting them know the total cost upfront. Will never go back to Just cuts.

Best haircut. Best Hairdresser. Tracy is amazing. She did my hair exactly as I wanted it. She was very quick and efficient and I would highly recommend her to my friends and anyone else that is after a great haircut. Well done Tracy!

Dissatisfied with the service received by the blonde-haired lady. She was very rushed during the haircut, throwing hair clips when not in use and being rough when combing hair, causing pain ears. Did not receive a receipt at the end of payment and therefore cannot fix uneven pieces of hair.

Recommend service by Asian lady as every haircut has been faultless and experiences have been kind.
