Just Cuts

As someone who's had an 80s styled mullet for 3 years and numerous other strange but beautiful cuts.and always cut my own hair (hairdressers nightmare?) No matter who I see, I have a great, meaningful conversation and a beautiful haircut in the style I want, mainly fixing my vision into my actual vision. You don't have to go to an alternative hair salon or high priced salon if you want something different, they can do it here:)

I went in for a a small trim, some layers and face framing pieces. The back seems to be fine but the so called “face framing pieces” are absolutely appalling. They’re so uneven and choppy it literally looks like a 5 year old grabbed a pair of scissors and hacked at my hair.i had a few concerns whilst in the chair but wasn’t able to see the full disaster until i reached home. This was because my hair was soaking wet once the hair cut was finished and for a simple blow dry it was an extra $10 which thank god i didn’t pay.i got home and immediately styled it and was feeling a bit better as anything looks better when styled and the choppy pieces to the front of my hair were masked by the curls. The next day when the curls dropped tho is when i realised how truly bad the haircut was.i read reviews before i visited on this particular occasion as i was apprehensive about going in.i have events coming up so i wanted to make sure i was happy with my cut. I went in with my fingers crossed hoping that i wouldn’t have the luck that others had had.i have been to just cuts Morley a few times before and have always either left with it looking like nothing has happened to my hair or with what i received most recently where i’m left wishing it was the first option. They’re “some what” cheaper prices are what made me take the risk. Although for the service i got even that was too much.

Although the ladies were nice, the lack of care when it came to my hair is very apparent. I do not recommend.

I just had a haircut with Nicola, and i just say - she was amazing.really went above and beyond helping me and providing the best suggestions.she is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced hairdresser and frankly i don’t see myself going anywhere else for a haircut now! Thanks again nicola, you were extremely friendly and i think youre just amazing at your job!

Avoid for babies haircuts.
Took bub for first haircut. Told it was free afterwards and can see why. Bub starter crying when water sprayed in hair, hairdresser said all kids cry for haircuts and proceeded to cut while my bub escalated. I asked for time to calm him, this wasn't given to me.
She was brutal and mean. Tried to use clippers on bub while screaming but I told her to put them away.
Bubs first haircut looks terrible, and traumatic for Mum and bub.

No star for this review. Very DISAPPOINTED for the service. One of my participants called Justcuts Morley to book an appointment and she was suggested to come to the salon and they would put her name down for a hair trim. She took a long way there and the staff made an appointment, the hair dresser S said they could make it at 2.30pm and asked her to come back in two hours. When she came back after 2 hours waited, the lady S told her there were booked out, could NOT do for her and said if my participant wanted to do today she had to wait for some more hours (until close the shop) or come another day. And also the lady pretended like there was no booking or phone call with this customer.
It is NOT fair for her to trust and spend time to wait for NOTHING.
My participant was very disappointed leaving the salon. She started crying and feeling anxious and depressed which are one of the emotions related to her disability and mental illness, she said IT’S NOT FAIR it’s not fair. I tried to reassured her, she wanted to come back and spoke up but the lady still denied to do for her even it’s the lady made and promised for the appointment. TERRIBLE customer service!
If you could not have made it, PLEASE don’t promise or put specific name+time down. We appreciate your time and wonderful job but please don't treat customer like this. Thank you.

Jacquie cut my hair and was exactly what I asked for. Superb cut and restyle.
Very difficult task for her as I just came from another hairdresser,
who was rude to me. There was no cutting technique and my hair was left cut uneven and extremely bulky.
Jacquie from Just Cuts had to even my hair out before
restyling.

Extremely unhappy. My hair was quite long, past my bust when I went in to get a trim only. I sat down and told the lady that I was really happy with my length and specifically said that I wanted as little of a trim as possible, all the same length with no layers. The lady was not very friendly and quite rude. She began cutting with zero care, without even showing me how much she was going to cut off. Trusting in what I thought was an experienced hair dresser, I did not want to question her “expertise”.
Once she got to the front, I was completely shocked and on the verge of tears instantly when I saw that she had cut about 5 inches off, my hair was now just below my shoulders… I then expressed to her how short it was, in which she confidently told me I still had “plenty of length”. I was in so much shock I paid and walked straight out to my car and completely broke down with how unhappy I was.
I got home, dried and attempted to style my hair in hopes it wasn’t as bad as I thought, it was worse. It was butchered, so choppy and so uneven.
I went back in the next day to express my concerns, spoke to the manager in which I was told that “This must have been what I asked for”, refused all responsibility and told me “I can’t give you a refund and I can’t glue it back on”. They did offer to try and fix it however, my trust was gone and I did not want them to touch it again. The next day I went elsewhere and paid for extensions because of their incompetence and how unhappy I was. Disgraceful.

It was my first time going to a hair salon myself, and was hoping to get a wolf cut. The front lady was so nice and welcoming, she made me felt comfortable as a first timer.
The results are amazing and I can't be more happy! I feel like a new and fresh person! Thank you for the amazing service

Have been going to Just Cuts Morley for years - Michelle really understands fine hair and give a good hair cut.

My husband went there for a hair cut and we both were absolutely shocked with a result. He is usually not fussy with a haircut but to avoid a particular style that he doesn’t like, he shows a reference photo of haircut that he always goes with. Anyway hairdresser lady did see the picture and said she could do it with confidence. As a result, haircut looks so bad. Not a single thing looks like the reference picture! Needs to keep his hat on for a while cuz it’s embarrassingly bad.
His hair thickness is all gone and forehead is exposed dramatically.
Can’t believe he paid $39 for this.she left most of the hair cuts on this neck and forehead too.especially we got major events to participate this week, very upset about how it turned out. Sorry but definitely not going back.

Just Cuts is a fantastic place to get your hair cut.
The hairdresser does a great job and I am really happy with her hairdressing skills.
I would certainly recommend Just Cuts to get a good haircut.

FANTASTIC. I went to see them as (so tempted to name) messed up my cut obscenely. As soon as I sat down and told her what had happened she pretty much knew what needed to be done. I was out in 1/2hr with the cut I wanted originally for a great price. My hairdresser MELISSA/MEL was friendly and didn’t mess around. She did everything you would from a good hairdresser. I was so desperate and walked out feeling fabulous and so relieved she could undo what I thought couldn’t be undone

Unhappy with the hair cut. My friend and I both went in today and walked out with uneven and choppy hair. The ladies were kind but inexperienced, and showed a lack of interest in the services. The lady doing my friend’s hair was rude at times and spoke to us in a negative tone. They also seemed to rush with our hair, everything was finished within 10 minutes which is unusual for a hairdresser. My hair looks nothing like the reference photo I provided. I asked for a 0.5 inch trim and layers, but my hair is far shorter, thick at the ends, choppy and the layers look rough/not blended. Now I have to book an appointment elsewhere to fix it. My friend is also very unhappy with her hair, her certain bangs are noticeably uneven and her layers are choppy. I do not recommend going here if you want good results.

I came in wanting hair to be cut off for Donation, The experience was mixed at first, but luckily one very nice hairdresser took over and cut my hair perfectly and I’m so pleased with the result. Would recommend!

Don't go here if you want to be treated like a princess. Go here if you want, in and out, quick, professional and super friendly staff. My type of 1/2 hour.and oh ye, did I mention good price.

We just went to this place for the last time. We walked in at 1.30pm the woman said "come back in 1 hour" and took 2 bookings, myself and a friend. We go off home and drive back in for 2.30pm appointments. The 1st woman walks out right past us, leaving her colleague, who had just started another womans hair cut on our appointment time. The 2nd woman now left to explain to us why she cant cut either of our heads. "Oh 40 minutes, come back" Are you serious! Never again.
