Ordered from their online store recently. The product arrived in excellent condition but the customer service was nonexistent with no communication or confirmation for when the product had shipped. Only order from them if absolutely necessary, otherwise you’d be better off buying elsewhere

Unanswered emails, no tracking, delays in shipping, smug and unapologetic attitude and much more is the experience i had using this business.

Very disappointing that a business that has been around for a long time and is a massive supplier of product all around Australia is run in such a poor manner.

Justin and the staff at JustCards are very approachable and nice people, store seems to always have people inside and is very popular and is recommended by people I know in the hobby! Wide range of both Sports Cards / Trading cards and usually well priced and up to date with the latest releases! Whenever I am in Perth I find an excuse to come into the store to buy my cards / supplies and sometimes to just have a chat.

This place is amazing! Been going here since 2010 and it’s always been great! Having bought my first Pokémon cards here brings back memories!

I ordered basketball cards to America and they came as described. I even made a minor address mistake, and the seller worked with me to fix it without a hitch (which can get complicated with international paypal purchases). I recommend contacting the seller through facebook as the response is very quick there. Great Seller and great experience. Thanks again!

Disappointed. Ordered a card online. Paid with paypal. Nearly a week went by with zero communication. Suddenly received a refund telling me the card was out of stock.

A great gem of a shop! More suited to the younger players of TCG's but the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly towards old school collectors like myself.
