Dr Raed Masoud a great doctor the best I have seen so far. He is knowledgeable caring and always come with the right solution for what ever medical issue I have. If your looking for a great GP look no further. Folks bulk billing is unsustainable, we all know that, please let us support our local practice.

Booked in for an appointment to see a doctor, health engine said first time visitors can't book online, no issues there. I called up.
Booked an appointment with reception. No fuss.
30 minutes later recieved a phone call from the doctor, 'I don't really like my patients visiting from so far away, don't you have a regular GP? '
I live 25 minutes away and work nearby the clinic. But my location is a factor on being provided healthcare.
After a 5 minute conversation of 'I'll do it this time, but I don't like to see people based on convenience'

Firstly, you're a doctor, help people if they need you, tell your receptionist your specific entry details, if sickness is an inconvenience then find a new profession.
After that I took the hit of waiting a few days to book with a different practice, because this doctor seemed like he had to do me this big favour to help me. Abysmal.

Got an appointment as a walk in receptionist was very kind and assisting. Doctor Masoud was very patient and assisted me in getting the medication I required. Highly recommend

Dr Masoud is amazing.

My Mum has been under his care for several years now and he is very understanding, doesn’t rush her out the door and is hands down one of the most amazing doctors out there.

For the record, my Mum has never liked doctors and he has made such a positive impact to her health journey and quality of life.

I am not the first one who is giving the one star to this clinic as many people already given one star.
There is no option to give Negative ratings, otherwise I would have chosen that.
I have just spoken to a very rude doctor ever in my life who just took over the call from his reception staff without notifying me while she was booking the appointment for me over the phone.
This doctor don’t have manners how to speak with a sick patient, he refuses to see me, he yelled and terminated the call.
Seems like he need to see a doctor first before seeing other patients.
He will ruined your health even worst, so think twice before go and see this rude person.

Most of the patients given you 1 star, you have to have some manners man, you are a Doctor, learn how to speak with people.
You think anyone have time here to argue with you, and if you don’t respect patients, don’t think they will respect you.

After waiting for 50 mins, the Dr was furious on me because I visited other doctors in last year, and basically asked me not to come here if I visit other doctors, and had to pay surcharge because I have not been there in last year!
Rude and irresponsible.

My daughter had an accident at home, I was advised by health direct to seek medical help right away. Booked by app on health engine. I arrive at my appointment. I’m scolded right away by the dr because apparently booking online cost them money yet I had to pay $70 for the consult even with a health care card. No test or referral because my daughter wasn’t crying even tho she had a squishy lump on her head from tripping. Then accused me of abusing my child.

Horrific behaviour, I’ve never experienced such rudeness, neglect and ignorance.

Go to another doctor!

Dr. Masoud is a very nice doctor, the lady behind the counter could be a bit friendlier, since she is in a customer facing role.

I had an after hours appointment booked for 6: 10pm which I had confirmed. I hadn’t been here before. The day of my appointment the doctor calls me to tell me he’s going to cancel my appointment unless I can come in at 5pm as he has no other patients to see between that time and didn’t want to wait around for me. I told him that I didn’t finish work in midland until 5pm and that I needed a prescription refilled to which he replied “well don’t you have a regular doctor you see? ” - I have just moved to this area from near Kwinana, so no, I don’t, hence booking in for this appointment. He told me basically that he didn’t care and cancelled my appointment and hung up on me. Disgusting.

Very Bad service. Recommend not to see this useless Doctor Dr. Raud. It's better to visit somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

I was just abused by the dr for coming in with a throat infection, he said it’s patients like me that come in are the reason he gets covid? Even tho i said I took a covid test and it was negative, he still abused me after I just needed antibiotics I then asked if I should leave he told me he doesn’t care so at that point I left feeling very uncomfortable and still was not treated!
I Will never be returning or recommending him, iv heard this isn’t the first time he snaps at patients.

The services that I receive from Dr Masoed is excellent. Dr. Masoed and the front staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Always have to wait for hours. Reception is not very helpful either, just told me to wait when I have been waiting for over 2 hours.
