Jts Hairstylists Rockingham

Started to go to Jt's a few months ago. Keep going back now for a great cut at the barbers section.

I came in with my mum both for a restyle this afternoon. They managed to fit us in last minute and did amazing hair cuts! We are super happy with our hair and will definitely be back. Highly recommend, such lovely staff and a wonderful atmosphere!

Was told 20 minutes for a haircut wait time, waited for 50 minutes only for them to ask the guy who had just arrived to take a seat next up, its a joke, i had to go to work as well otherwise i would never have waited. This is the second time now ive had issues here, will never return, spoke to the girl at the counter who said she was sorry half heartedly

Skye was amazing, made me feel heard with my wishes and gave me reasonable expectations for my hair. Hair ended up turning out so amazing 10/10

I booked an appointment here before going overseas as previous experience with another JTs franchise for blonde foils was always great. I’m extremely disappointed with this salon’s work. My regrowth is still apparent and there’s a definite line between where the foils start and my natural hair - which hasn’t been the case before. Hardly any foils (if any) were placed underneath the immediate top of my head so the “natural” look is just nonexistent. To top it off, I paid for toner and the tone is totally brassy. It cost at least as much at this place as the other franchise and now I’m left overseas needing to get more foils done. Do not recommend.

Received the best haircut of my life today from Kylie! I have very thick, wavy hair and Kylie knew exactly what needed to be done to make it manageable for me. I'm so happy with my hair now!

I'm so upset! I came in for my birthday to treat myself as I go once or twice a year. I had majority of my natural hair grown back just a couple foils from below the ears down. I showed 2 pictures of what I wanted which clearly showed brown hair and came out as a fricken blonde! The 2nd star is for them trying to "fix" their mistake but fact is I'm still very blonde. 6 weeks on and I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror, I'm devastated!

We came in today to get our 2 year olds hair cut. Mercedes was a God send! He has only ever had 4 haircuts in his life because he screams and cries the entire time normally but Mercedes was SO careful and made sure he was comfortable with her before she started. I can not be more grateful, it was the least traumatising experience we have ever had with a haircut and we will be back every time to see Mercedes! Can't recommend her enough for your littles!

I got my hair shampooed, coloured and cut by the talented Bec. After such a long time and well over due. I walked out feeling so beautiful and confident again.
Thank you to Mia for giving me the best scalp massage and putting me to sleep.
I will definitely be a regular and tell all my family and friends to go see Bec and the team at Jts Rockingham.

I've been here a couple of times now and I haven't had to wait long, the hairdressers do a good job and the prices are fair. Very happy with the service provided

Terrible haircut. I explained to the hairdresser how I would like my hair cut and she did almost the complete opposite of what I asked. She was very friendly but not a very good hairsresser. Won't be returning.

Was waiting for 30 minutes for a haircut then after she went out for lunch social media etc another 30 minutes on top of that? They could ve at least let me know I was gonna wait an hour! Or at least offer me a coffee or water? Or give me the heads up that I’m gonna be waiting for so long? Maby you should at least let customers know your girls are busy or let customers know that we have to wait a little extra? It’s called good customer service! Maby you need to improve that in your saloon. I’m 100% sure you know who I am because I left pretty unhappy and felt completely ignored by all of you today 4/03/2021. I know you’re going to write something like we’re sorry for the inconvenience etc. But that’s no good enough so next time when you make someone wait for that long at least make them feel comfortable and happy.not going there ever again or my partner.

My son’s hair was absolutely butchered by one of the hairdressers here!

Ended up having to go elsewhere and it took nearly an hour to fix, he was asked by the barber if it was him or his friend who tried cutting it it was that bad of a job. I DO NOT recommend having your hair cut here!

I always find the staff super friendly and even during busy periods they apologise for the wait.

Won't get my hair cut anywhere else.

Rebecca is the best hairdresser I ever had, highly recommended. Absolutely gorgeous blonde colour & cut, highly experienced and always happy to give advise. Very lucky to have such a great hairdresser. All girls are very friendly and welcoming, can't wait to go back again!

I got a full head of foils done at Jts in Rockingham and I am so happy with my hair! Very professional, they were all so lovely and I will be recommending them to everybody!
