If you want hair extensions done properly don’t waste your money here at this salon spent hundreds for it to already come loose after the first 1-2 weeks of having it done and they won’t fix it apparently now they don’t have a hair technician after having it done by 2 of the girls on two separate appointments and they claim to not have one available working there gave them a second chance getting a pull up done explaining to them what had happen the first time thinking the second time would be a better result was I wrong to trust them had to go get it fixed at another salon by a professional

This hairdresser is amazing. I always thought that hairdressers were all about the same. I only went to its because my usual hairdresser stopped perms. What a revelation. Ladies go on a Wednesday. I promise you will be amazed. Old blokes go in to get a free hair cut by a trainee, supervised wonderfully. The staff were so very good it's like going into a family. Promise you will love it, if you can get in. Will never go anywhere else. Pension discount is Monday to Friday.

Nicole is an AMAZING hairdresser, I can show her a picture of what I’d like and she transform my hair to suit me but with the style I was going for! Always kind and courteous in her mannerism and always have a great chat while I’m in there! Highly recommend both the salon and the hairdressers!:)

Amazing foils done today. My stylist listened to what I was after and could see she was wanting to get result I was after. She went above and beyond. Will be back for sure

Always find them very helpful when choosing colour and the price is always confirmed before they start. Which I find very helpful

Walked in no apt Emily fitted my friend and I in for box braids for an event she was very good at her job had a lovely disposition and was interacting with all staff nicely the salon had a really nice vibe will definitely return

I booked appointment 2 days before cos i have a special occation to go.went there and they saying to me that they moved my time booking to a different time trying to call me an hour of the day of booking.so making booking is totally unuseful.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this hair dresser at all. So disappoint.

I came here on my birthday, and that was the best thing I've done. Kirsty was God sent. Both my hairdressers had left from another place and I had a shocking experience with another hairdresser at joondalup, when I walked in to JTS, kirsty make me feel so reassured and welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I left the place feeling very beautiful, I had so many compliments. I've given everyone kirstys number and told them they will never go anywhere else once been there at JTS. I'm her biggest fan. I recommend her to everyone. Definitely to all my friends and family. She deserves a payrise. I will never go anywhere else. Message to the owners, you have a gem. Please Please keep her. I'm very fussy with my hair. She's done amazing job. $25 for a little snip around the ears for my 7 yr old was a bit expensive, otherwise happy, the lady was very friendly and professional.

Brilliant value for money. Was about to go to Tommy guns but thought I'd look at the price of the shop next door. The lighting was a bit dim so I was a little bit apprehensive about going gin but I though why not. I was very impressed by the haircut they gave me and will definitely be back again!
