AMAZING staff and work! They got me in today even packed to the rafters busy and gave me the cutest cut and colour! They could habe turned me away for a Saturday but they took their time and made sure i was happy with my hair, no pushing anything not needed just genuinely wonderful service 11/10 recommend!

I work in the centre came in to get some curls for a event tonight and they told me come at 3. I waited for half an hour for someone to do it and nothing.extremely disappointing

So glad I went here! Fantastic customer service, very reasonable pricing and I'm so happy with my hair. The curls lasted for the whole night out til the afternoon the next day. Would 100% recommend Emilly, very kind and great to chat to while she does your hair. I'm looking forward to going back

Didn’t cut my hair the way i wanted it.i asked for 8 back and sides and thinning out on top and cut my back and sides to at least at 2 and cut the top

So I asked for a simple fringe trim and got butched.

I'm not someone who complains but now I have a mullet.

I didn't expect it to be so uneven.

I'm really not happy with it in fact I'm at the point where I'm thinking about shaving my head after trying to regrow it for 6 years.

Even as I was leaving the girl said well that's a look

I've been in tears all night thinking how can I cover this up.

Lovely staff, local and convenient with decent prices. And right next to the donut shop which, face it Mums - you know how advantageous that is

No booking required short wait good value and a good hair cut all said good job all over. I will be going back for my next hair cut.

Called in this morning for a haircut, service was fairly quick. My Hairdresser Meg was friendly, quick and experienced. Nice work all round. Would have given 4 stars. But Meg made it 5.

Been going here for years. As a male there is sometimes a queue for walk in and depending on who you get will depend on the haircut. But 90% of the haircuts have been great occasionally you get some errors but nothing to cry over. Females looks like you have to book an appointment.

My regular hairdresser had moved on, so I was a bit apprehensive of finding someone as good as her. Today I had my hair styled with Sky. Sky was amazing, her attention to detail was above and beyond and I was so happy with the style, cut and colour, I walked away feeling so happy and felt like a million dollars. I can't thank Sky enough. Highly recommend Sky at JTs. Thanks again! Sue M

Just got a trim today but it's made a massive difference to the shape and health of my hair and I am thrilled:)
Lovely service, really reasonably priced

Consistently great haircuts, amazing staff that know what you want but still stop at crucial moments to make sure you're getting the best cut you deserve. Very friendly staff and they can always slot you in somewhere, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a place. Great value for money, efficient and friendly staff and the convenience of a shopping centre so you can get a cut while you wait for someone to shop somewhere else.

Emily really knew her stuff, she kept checking all along what I wanted and gave good suggestions. I’m really happy with my haircut.

Quick and good for kids, but expect the same haircut as everyone else regardless of any instructions given.

Hi I went in for an undercut and the young hairdresser didn't know what fading meant so I had to get my hair properly done at hair house hairdressers next to jts I'm sick of hairdressers who don't know what they are doing
