No recommended to anyone after haircut my hair looks terrible and I paid $112 for that, the hair stylist was so inexperienced

Vanessa was just brilliant. I thought I wanted a particular hair style she talked me out of as it would not suit my face. So she gave me another style which I love. Thank you for your honesty. I highly recommend Vanessa and the shop for your hair needs.

Loved my hair. I always do. It doesn't matter if they are busy, they always make me feel like the most important client.

First & definitely last time. Asked for experienced cutter due to fine hair. Assured young hairdresser assigned was expert cutter but ended up with a very poor cut. Get it that everyone needs to learn but after continual input to try and get quite a simple cut right decided enough was enough so paid, and left to find an experienced cutter elsewhere. Pleasant enough and competitive price but not much point in that now that I’ve paid twice to get it right. Might pay to be more honest and assign senior cutter when asked such a question.

Ashley was fantastic! She was incredibly nice and provided lots of information to help me out with my hair. All the ladies are excellent and i am super satisfied with how everything turned out. Thank you!

I won't recommend this salon to anyone. I went in there because i had experimented with my hair at home and absolutely ruined it. I went in there for a consultation, hair cut and treatment to try to help it. The woman i was seeing told me my hair would bounce back, i just had to treat it well, use certain products and have it trimmed regularly because of breakage. I followed the instructions to the letter and spent a lot of money there. I was put with a new stylist and after i explained what the last one had told me, i was informed that she was completely wrong and that my hair would have to be cut off and it couldn't be saved. I would have appreciated being told that up front instead of being given false hope for 6 months and spending hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing.

Had cut the other day.told that need short hair cut but the girl did not even ask me that how short i want and did a very rough cutting, lady was busy to look around to give order to other staff instead of.very disappointed

Brooke did an amazing job. She listens and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. All the girls are nice. They ensure I’m feeling comfortable and that made me feel special. They’re helping each other and such a positive place to work with. I will definitely come back again. Customer service is superb. Thanks for making me feel like myself again.

Called At 9am to make a booking and was informed none needed just to walk in. 10.30 walk in and was told no one available all booked out for the whole day. Unprofessional and waste of time.

The girls are very friendly
and tops with styling.i love the way they treat me
as a 79 year old.that always points out that
they really do their best.

Not the style i asked for and my stylist changed half way through as her next appointment had arrived and even though I had the picture up of the desired style the replacement stylist thought a more volumed and pouffy look was the order of the day.so instead of my messy finger combed blowdry i got a curling brush and moussed mushroom look to walk out with (it was not pretty). I know I will probably laugh about this later but right now i am not quite feeling it. Thank you Ladies for all your hard work but I think for me personally it would be better if I found someone else to do my hair in future.

I would just like to recognise Kelly-Anne at your Ellenbrook salon. My elderly Mum was in the salon on Saturday, 25 July to have her hair trimmed. Kelly-Anne was so patient and caring with my Mum.

Unfortunately, my Mum hasn't been well for a few months suffering with severe depression. Kelly-Anne was empathetic, sincere and took great care of my Mum.

After not having my hair done for up to 6 years, it was rather daunting walking in. Upon arrival the manager was extremely welcoming and helpful made me feel safe and like I was in good hands. Huge thanks to both the manager & Dani I love my hair & it finally looks and feels amazing again. I couldn’t recommend Dani enough x
