I recently had the pleasure of getting a mens haircut at the Belmont WA store.
JJ cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. She has a very polite and friendly demeanor and knows her craft well.
She is an absolute asset to this hair salon.

I paid $170 to have my regrowth and a toner done a few days ago.
I previously had the same colour toner put on my hair and I was happy with the result.
So I just needed my regrowth done with the toner again.
The next day I looked at the colour workmanship whilst brushing my hair and saw from the back it was very obvious multi coloured colours in my regrowth. No one asks for that.
At the consultation I stated I wanted a cool colour palate and definitely not a warm colour palate as I throw alot of yellow. Even showed 2 cool coloured pictures.what I got on my regrowth was Yes! Multi warm tones.
Devourstated, So I went back and showed the photos and my hair.she agreed to speak to a Goldwell specialist about fixing the multi colours on the regrowth. If the colour was good why would you need to escalate it to the Goldwell colour specialist? Clearly it's an awful job. I went in on the Saturday she said she would ring Goldwell the specialist and ring me back that day. Here's the thing they only work Mon to Fri.you called who then on Saturday? Not Goldwell.
I went into the salon to get a resolution and was told she wasn't comfortable in fixing the colours they both put on there. She stated she had the support of the owner on this.
She states she has no case to answer to.
It is all my fault.
There will be no repairs to the multi coloured regrowth.
No refund to undo the multi coloured regrowth. I came in with 1 colour regrowth what I have now is trio coloured regrowth.
So there is no recommendation here.
I went to another hairdresser and had all the colour damage repaired by a professional after paying additional $100s more for a excellent job and this customer is now proud to go out in public again.
Warning buyer beware.
I was told by her that the dark banding colours she introduced is because the salons Goldwell products couldn't lighten my hair.well see the poster.thats not true either.

So glad I went to this salon been there 3 times in a couple of months. Great service great prices. Had my hair coloured girl did an awesome job and more recently a french hairdresser who was excellent she did a cut and blow dry very pleased and will definitely go back. Best salon at the forum

Just got a haircut done by Warren, it was a great experience and he is a really lovely hairdresser. My hair was really over due for a haircut and I love the end result. Thank you Warren!

Went in to have my hair cleaned up & evened out from a previous cut. Paid $95 to have chunky, jagged "layers" cut in. On leaving, every part of my hair (fringe, shaved sides, layers, length etc) was completely uneven. Stylist dismissed me when I brought this up. They also wouldn't position the hand-held mirror so I could actually see my hair properly, despite me repeatedly asking.
Left in tears (will need to lose the length I've spent years waiting for in order to have this fixed). Sent photos & a description of what happened through Jt's website & Instagram page, requesting a refund. Was contacted back by a manager who was kind & apologetic. She encouraged me to come back to Jts to have it fixed but when I reiterated I wanted it fixed elsewhere, she gave me my refund.

Used them a few times and they have been okay until today. Hair Cut was so bad, I had to along to the next hair dresser to get them to fix it. Never again.

1st visit had good experience so came back for 2nd time but was charged $15 extra for the same haircut and the barber have little knowledge about men's haircut.not coming back.

Had the best haircut I've had in my 3years in Perth by a lovely young Maori girl. Apologies I didn't get her name but I did rebook before I left fir my next cut.

In mine and my boys opinion JT's are an awesome Salon, 3 haircuts and styles done today. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. Kudo's to whoever trains you all.
For me Shai is the pick of the JT's bunch in the Belmont salon. Shai has amazing skills, great advice and a wonderful personality. Highly recommended. Price and quality beats anywhere else we have been too.

This is my second hair cut with Abby and she is very good especially as I have thick hair. In the past I've found it hard to find a hair stylist who can get it right with my hair.
Abby spent a long time carefully cutting my hair from long to short and I'm so happy with the result. I have received lots if compliments.

While I was there I observed how every other staff member interacted with customers. They are all so friendly and helpful, each customer seemed very happy.

Unable to follow instructions. Communication of hairdressers very poor. Inability to understand the meaning of trim fringe - apparently this means “cut all your hair off”. Dissatisfaction

I visited this business half a dozen times for roots colour only and had my hair trimmed twice. On the 2nd visit for a trim, I requested to again combine the roots (only) and hair trim. Little did I realise until a customer next to me queried the cost, that to have 2 services combined I was paying an EXTRA $20, whereas if I'd had the roots done then came back 5 minutes later as a walk in, I'd have saved myself $20, which I find a little unfair as a returning customer. However this wasn't just the issue. My trim took 5 minutes, then a few extra to dry off (the front only) and I wasn't shown the back, so it wasn't until I was home and was told that the back was very uneven. I advised the salon the next morning and was asked to return, however I don't live near the salon and due to plans, I had to seek out the services on a local salon to fix the problem. I sent photos to JT's to show how uneven the cut was, I was in turn told that it was just how my hair sat. I have had my hair cut many times over my 'life' and the hairdresser who fixed my hair the next day had it sorted and looking great. A trim on JT's website states it's $32, I was charged (twice) $50 (for 5 minutes of work) plus then had to pay extra to fix the mess. No offer of compensation or a return of the $20 extra charged was offered. Lovely staff and we all have bad days, but a mistake is a mistake. I requested for the owner to contact me but I didn't.

Awesome experience, my hair was cut by one of the apprentice's 11/08/21. I think it's amazing from the salon to give these opportunities for development and learning. The manager inviting people she knew, to create a safe and relaxed learning environment for the apprentice. I would recommend this salon to any apprentice looking for experience. Well done!

Last minute decision (12 year old has never been trimmed) Front counter staff, excellent! Hairdresser cutting our daughters hair was pretty special, Our daughter was stoked! We all had a great laugh & chat. Great age selection of professional Hairdressers, for all ages of customers. We were super impressed, Shall return.
