20/10 For Adrienne Lombard. We had a break lease situation and within no time Adrienne successfully secured a suitable tenant with $50/wk more than previous.
Adrienne would be such a great mentor to less experienced Prop Managers and I hope she is given the opportunity to pass on her immense knowledge and skills. We have rented properties since 1998 and one thing we are sure of is no one else compares to Adrienne.

Joyce Property has been by far the best renting experience we've ever had! Shareen is an absolute gem! I've never had a property manager so transparent, understanding and happy to help. Being a renter can be an intimidating experience and I've had agents in the past treat tenants like a piece of dirt on their shoe but Shareen is a breath of fresh air! I absolutely adore dealing with her! I'd imagine her job is huge yet she is always quick to fix any issues that arise and makes you feel valued as a tenant. We've seriously lucked out and I don't want to think of a future where she isn't our real estate agent yay Shareen!

Stay away as a tenant.
We took possession of an uncleaned house with a terribly maintained garden. During our stay, we improved the garden and cleaned the home and STILL had our bond taken. Unfortunately, because we moved interstate, it was too difficult to contest.

Our property was rented out for 6 years, whilst we were living overseas, and property managed by Joyce properties, most recently our property manager was Adrienne Lombard. Adrienne was an exceptional property manager. Any issues were dealt with very efficiently, and on our return to Australia the handover of our property was extremely professionally dealt with by Adrienne. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Joyce Properties and Adrienne.
