When I walk past this shop I instantly screw my nose up! I had my hair cut here a few years ago. Young girl, was lovely. Although couldn’t cut hair to save her life.
2years later and I still hate my hair because of her!
I had long hair almost down to my bum and asked her for 1inch off, she took 4 Inches. She cut straight across my fringe. And no layers like I had asked. Then curled my hair so I wouldn’t notice when I left. I went home to straighten it and I cried for a whole day before I even got the courage to go back. My hair was everything.
When I went back the manager seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted her to do with my hair! Um.can you not see what your staff had done to my beautiful hair!? She had no apology for me and I walked out still not happy with my hair. It’s been 2yrs and my hair is always in a bun because I hate it and I’m petrified to go to any other hair dresser now
I went for a cut and colour consultation. Best salon I've been to by far! So professional and the results were better than I expected. Friendly experienced staff. Would 100% recommend.
An amazing experience. I went for a consultation with Vanessa who was amazing. I'd had a bad experience with a home hairdresser previously so she went above and beyond to get the cut and colour just the way I wanted. I will be going back and would definately recommend.
