Having worked for Jolly’s for eight and a half years I have experienced business growth, moves and changes. Although some of these things have gone smoother than others, one thing has been consistent and that is the comradery within the business. People at all levels are approachable and happy to lend a hand, Fridays will often see the MD jumping on a forklift and helping the team in the yard. Being a family run business that are now celebrating 60 years not only is there a wealth of knowledge but also a genuine care, unlike larger organizations Jolly’s has retained a human centric focus, customers and staff aren’t just a number or a body on a seat.

I have been employed here twice & no complaints. The culture is positive & forward thinking. I feel my work & opinion is valued which adds to the enjoyment. The company is a good size - big enough to do most stuff & small enough that everything you do can make a difference. I cant think of anyone here that hasn't got a good attitude.

Phenomenal service when we had a crucial delivery date into Darwin to meet a mining shutdown date, managed to organise collection and transport out of Perth within 3 hours after making contact, after being let down by another (Larger) transport company. Can't thank Jolly & Sons enough and would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them for future transport.

This freight company have always been a good people to deal with, never had any issues with any of my freight from Darwin to Perth and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to family or friends.

Had a couple hundred kilos of survey gear sent from Darwin to Port Hedland and it arrived within 30 hours of being dropped off at the Darwin depot.

They bought my 1966 VW beetle down to Perth from Darwin. Excellent service would use them again if needed.
