J Biggs, most all the staff are excellent. Today at Mandurah I was served by Courtney, totally professional with a relaxed sense of humour which made the experience a happy one and I walked out with some new gear to make me smile

My partner and I went into the mandurah store this morning and was served by a lovely young lady I think her name was Ella, she was super friendly, very helpful and hilarious. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working with her but he too was awesome.
My partner left with a bag full of clothes and we both walked out laughing.
They are great at their job!

Always looked after by the wonderful Ella - top class service, great sense of humour and genuinely a very nice young Lady.

Today my partner received the best service from a young lady Ella, he was overwhelmed and she sorted every item on his list, please acknowledge her as we just couldn't be more thankful for her skills and customer service

Ella and Bianca are amazing at what they do! My husband and I met Ella a year ago to help my husband find a suit for our wedding. Ella assisted us the entire process and became an important asset to our wedding day. 1 year later, on our anniversary weekend my husband went back in to find a nice outfit, Ella not only remembered who we were but helped find a handsome anniversary outfit! Bianca was so bubbly and friendly and they are great to have a chat with! Highly recommend Johnny Bigg in Mandurah!

Had a fantastic shopping experience at Johnny Bigg yesterday in Mandurah. The wonderful sales person (Bianca) was so helpful, funny and honest. She let me model my new clothes and gave me an honest opinion and some great suggestions, she definitely knows what looks good on men.

I have trouble finding clothes but Bianca knew the range of great clothing Johnny Bigg has to offer so well, it made my shopping experience so much easier. The quality and dapper styling Johnny Bigg has, was better than I expected.

I actually feel really good in my new clothing, I've never felt so stylish. I dress like an adult now. Will definitely be back again and again.

Bev was terrific. She fitted me out with a shirt, tie and kerchief for a formal event. I have shopped there before for jeans and casual shirts and always received great service and the quality of the clothes is spot on!

Bought a suit at Johnny Bigg Mandurah this week and the shop service I received from Hannah was superb, highly professional. No messing around, straight to the point and found the suit size I wanted. Her assistant was also very helpful. A good purchase experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Came in wanting two 2xl T-shirt’s.

Got pestered by sales assistant to try on a sweater I was looking at. Got pressured to buy it for $140.

Told her I was looking for T-shirt’s only and would think about it.
“You should get it when you are here! ”
Sweater looked like trash on me, but surprisingly told me it looked great, obviously to get a sale. Then tried the same with a jacket.

She insisted on picking the T-shirt’s herself, and ended up getting me 3xlt, as she thought “that will fit better”

I know my own size, and the 3xlt, as well as being too large, is a very long variety. It fits like a dress, going halfway down my knees. Ridiculous.

I went there looking for a 2xl and got a 3xlt because she was insistent and pushy. Would not at all recommend, especially as I drove an hour and am now $40 down with a stupid, ill fitting set of T-shirt’s.

Sales woman was very pushy and had no clue how to dress someone for a corporate job interview. I mean, chinos really? Also waaaaay expensive for average quality clothes.
