John Miller Design, Yallingup reviews
22Exquisite and unique jewellery. Each piece is beautifully designed and made. A stunning showroom with plenty on offer, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who provided excellent service.
My parents were trying to organise a gift for me for a milestone birthday. After some poor email communications (JM DESIGN failed to reply to email queries) we persisted with an in person consult & had a lovely couple of hours designing a piece of jewellery & we were hopeful it would be a positive end. Unfortunately the poor service returned after that meeting, only sent the quote after a follow up and it was 2 lines. No details on the jewellery being provided just a photograph of one of their existing pieces and not at all what we discussed which was a combination of several items with elements I liked the look of. No details on the gems quoted either, something you think would be important especially when they sourced a quote for one that they didn’t have in stock. Overall a disappointing experience for something that was supposed to be an heirloom piece for me.
The designs, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service are exquisite. Highly recommend a visit.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The pieces are absolutely stunning and so individual with such a range of choices. The pieces are so solid and stunning and the woman who helped us was so patient and helpful
Beautiful gallery and staff. John very kindly gave me a couple of delicious peaches off his tree. The jewellery is divine. Love it! Loving my cuff.
Very friendly and helpful people. All questions were answered and nothing was to hard for them. We are looking forward to seeing the end result of the ring John is making for my wife.
Stunning jewellery by a talented jeweller.
Have purchased quite a few pieces now, including my engagement ring and custom made wedding ring for my husband.
Favourite place to collect more pieces from each time I visit down south.
Thank you John, love looking at my 'eternal flame' opal.
Great place to catch up with friends before the footy. Food is good as is the service. Music can be a bit noisy inside making it difficult to talk. Always clean and prices are reasonable.
Fabulous.not just a gallery of beautiful creations but an experience of true craftsmanship. Thanks John
Amazing studio, friendly and helpful team.so many unique options. Extremely happy with our purchase.
We purchased these lovely matching rings there. They were made especially for us and resized to fit. Thanks John. We love them.
Most beautiful designs. Great care, wonderful staff. Met Mr Miller himself, polite gentleman, lovely to chat with & I'm sure he has some great stories.
I love my John Miller jewellery. I now have 2 rings, one with dragonflies on, one with an amethyst stone, I also have a necklace and tapered cuff with dragonflies on them. My cuff has just been dropped off so that John can add a gem stone to it. Awesome work and always very friendly.
Beautiful authentic Australian designed jewellery. They need to change the hours on the sign at the front to 4 instead of 5 as we went there after 4 both days we were down and they were closed. I would love to see some Pandora style charm beads. I would get a new one every time I would go down there.
Really good quality pieces all done by hand either with punches or hand carved. Many have motifs of Australian animals or sea creatures. Cheaper silver pieces are around $200. Most expensive we saw was $22000 (but not many at this price range). You can see the years of experience in the jewellery. Really good craftsmanship. Definitely worth it to stop here even if its just to admire some of the pieces. My mum end up buying a piece and they were very helpful in resizing it for her
Love everything about John Miller designs, exquisite jewelry, fantastic team. I bought a lovely ring that gets lots of compliments, thank you
Both my partner and I own a John Miller ring.
The shop is always spotless and inviting.
The staff are always very nice and helpful and will even offer to clean up your existing John Miller pieces should you bring them in.
Nice creative pieces.but defiantly very expensive for what you get. My partner bought me a small pair of white gold and pearl earings from there and he paid $1500. Ouch. I had them valued and they were not worth half that. Ended up selling them on Gumtree for $250. Sorry
Laybuyed a piece and took my time but walked away extremely happy with a souvenir specific to the region.
My negative experience in store has devalued the John Miller jewellery I have. Not recommended.
