Absolutely terrible customer service - i wait on the phone for 30 mins or more every time! To get simple answers for my service from the service center.the excuse they are busy always arises, though at 8 when they open its exactly the same situation.not good and wont be getting car serviced here again

I haven't done the car service yet but I'm already happy with the customer service!

I called to book an appointment and while waiting on the line, acknowledged that I can also book it online so I hung up the call. After 3 mins, I received a call back and said that they are sorry to miss my call. (How amazing is this when I did not requested for a call back)

Anyways, Charlene from customer service was fantastic! She was super kind and had so much patience to explain all the information to me. (This is my first time booking an appointment with John Hughes). She offered me different types of service plans and promotions and also recommended the most suitable one for my car. The personalised service was remarkable.

Thanks so much Charlene for taking care of me and being so thoughtful. It was such a pleasant phone call!

We purchased a $95000 car from vic park. We were getting finance through them and they tried to get us for over 11% interest rate. When I questioned this and decided to look for my own I was insured I was getting the best rate. I did my research and knew I could get 8%. It’s only then they said they would contact their finance and see if they could do better. They did match it but knowing they were extremely happy for us to pay 11% is disappointing. The salesman Adam Tolbeck called me to advise the car was ready and I said I could pick up the next day around 11 where he responded with “ can you not come earlier as I am super busy then” well sorry does my purchase mean nothing to you know! Once I arrived the next day he came up to me saying that he had left clients to do this hand over like it was an inconvenience. Once I asked for my deposit back as we had discussed he lied to me and said the finance guy had spoken to my husband about using it for finance.
Our whole experience was disappointing and disgusting. This was a huge purchase for us and a dream my husband had wanted for a while that was ruined. I will not buy from John Hughes again

Miki at John Hughes made the whole experience extremely easy. From the moment I entered John Hughes he was there to help, he took me to the office and spoke about my needs and what was most important to me. He found just the right car for me and made the process efficient and stress free. When I went back to pick up my car he was right there for that also making sure it was clean and sparkly. The idea of car shopping was very stressful and he just made the entire process smooth. Would 100% recommend Miki to my friends.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from John Hughes. Miki was our sales person and he made the process seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Had a lovely little chat with John too, nice personal touch.

What an amazing experience my parents had buying from John Hughes. Their salesman, Marshall Walker was one of the nicest, caring, helpful salesman we have ever experienced. As a Defence Veteran, i met John Hughes last time i purchased my car, he was as nice to me as he was to my elderly parents, another reason we went back, you just cant get the same experience anywhere else, oh and we went everywhere. Very happy with the whole experience once again. Thanks Marshall and John.

I recently purchased a Hyundai i30. The customer service was amazing! It was a smooth sailing process, we took several cars for a test drive and were sold on our Hyundai.
Special mention to Ethan for his great quick turn around for the sale. Also the vehicle care Manger Michael run us through our Mechanical warranty which gave us a piece of mind for the future. Quick easy transaction from Hannah and we where in our car drive away within an hour.

I recently purchased my car from John Hughes, VIC Park. Salesman, Tam Phan, was very welcoming, helpful and honest as soon as we entered the yard. After asking me a few questions he was able to recommend the type of car for my needs and within my budget. I would not hesitate in recommending John Hughes to family and friends, and, in particular Tam.

Great sales service and courtesy BUT- DO NOT agree to nano ceramic coating proposal ever. In my experience i just got the car returned waxed and polished but no Nano Ceramic coating applied. One contactless wash and the reality came out with swirl marks and nail scratches everything revealed. I just got duped of $1K+. When questioned they say swirl marks are common after nano ceramic coat and accused me that I “might have” used brush on my car. Fair dinkum eh!

Out of all the dealerships I rang Paul O'Leary was the only one who got back to me. He was very helpful as I needed a car in two week because the rental had to be returned in two weeks. And so was Hannah from finance. Can not fault the service I got. Highly recommended

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I bought a brand new car here and they stuffed up my registration papers. Name spelt incorrect, wrong address, VIN number missing digit. I didn't receive paperwork to pay licence because of the incorrect address so the payment was missed and the car de-registered. So I am now stuck with a brand new car that needs to be taken over the pits. I also have a number of infringements to pay for not returning the plates on time. Further salt to the wound, there have since been 2 defect notices on the car and Hyundai don't have the parts available to fix.so i cannot even take it over the pits to get re-licenced. EXTREMELY upset, I have 3 kids and this is a huge disruption to our life. One of the worst parts about this is Hyundai are doing nothing to help resolve this issue! Just fobbing me off and giving me random numbers to call that lead to nothing being resolved. Thanks Kirsty Powles and the Hyundai team for all the stress you have created.

Very poor after sales service by Service & Parts centre in Welshpool. Have an issue with my purchase of a Ford Everest Titanium.front RH sensors beeps continually, eventhough there's no vehicle or obstacle in front of me.happens when I slow down or brake at the stop street.
Was given the run around by a rude Telemarketer.she herself admitted that it is quite tricky, I say complicated to know where or who to contact regarding such or other service/parts matters.

Ordered some parts thru the eastern states, was only told today when I followed up that they had arrived. WHY couldn't someone call me to tell me that the accessories have arrived and that I can book in a date for the Installs.just so poor customer service.waiting on feedback regarding same.

On a good note, I must add though that I received excellent service from the Sales team, *special Mention to Paul Haddad*@ the John Hughes used car yard in Vic Park
P. S - >I first dealt with John Hughes back in 2002 in Melville.give kudos to the Big man himself (John Hughes) for addressing me in person and wanting to know about his technolgy and the benefits I saw that drove me into his car uaed. It was a real honour Sir.
