John Hughes Parts Department

Was told my floor mats were available locally and would be in the same afternoon. Dropped by the next day and they weren't in. Was told to expect a call when they arrived. Been weeks now. Not the first time. John Hughes have dropped the ball.

Worst customer experience the most unhelpful people I have had to deal with. Over 6 months still no parts and they just don't care, waiting for the manager to call won't hold my breath.

Poor customer service from the minute I made contact with this department parts I required weren't in stock the parts were running as part of a current sp tools promotion catalogue was told when the parts arrived I'd be notified took me ringing them back to see when they were available and the order wasn't completed there's stuff still on back order. Parts interpreters attitude was disgraceful there was no customer interaction from the minute I walked in the door had to wait ten minutes for service whilst he was serving someone else I asked him is there anyone else on he said with attitude na you'll have to wait. Poor service and attitude from your staff Mr Hughes. You want raving fans not disapointed ones. Hence the reason I'll be sourcing my tools and parts else where

Cheaper than DVG for parts, good service, I come here for parts that are unavailable elsewhere as aftermarket, and only available as genuine parts only

Great service and price. Cheapest out of 8 other places I rang and nearly half less of one other business for the same tyres and alignment In the past we have found the same too when buying tyres. Will be back definitely.

Never used the place, was just looking at the G+ site but not impressed that they have spelt tyre the american way. That is not a good sign.

The drivers side mirror on my Volkswagen Touareg fell off and I needed a replacement. Well John Hughes Parts Department does not have them on the shelf. If I wanted one through these guys I would have had to wait three days for it to be sent to Perth from the east coast. A mirror is an essential part needed to keep my car on the road. Not good enough John Hughes Parts Centre, you guys let me down
