My wife and I recently bought a Pajero Sport from here. The salesperson Phil was great to deal with. He made the whole process hassle free and was in regular communication with us throughout. We couldn't wipe the smiles of our faces when we collected our new car! If you're in the market for a new Mitsubishi, I'd happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I brought Mitsubishi outlander nearly 2 month ago everything went smoothly throughout the purchasing. I had a good customer service although I have an issue now it’s been told to me that your next car service including in this price before end of this year when we discussing the price when I contacted them now for service and they saying No. The salesperson and his manager don’t remember their words now. This is not good at all.

I picked up my 2023 Mitsubishi ASX. Absolutely love my new car and had a good experience in my car purchasing journey. I had an Excellent salesperson (special mention to Kirsty Powles). Outstanding customer service, never pushy, very understanding, respectful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to reserve my special rego numbers! I thoroughly recommend her.

Went in shopping for a mustang GT and couldnt get what we exactly hoped for but at the end of the day, service was great and sales lady was patient and willing to go an extra mile.

Went in to look at getting a new car from JH Mitsubishi, wasready to buy but service i recieved was not of someone looking to sell a car.dissapointed, they had the car i want right there on the show room floor, not sold but couldn't buy because they only order the car once someone pays.i'm not paying that kind of money for a 6 month wait for a car.

I have received my Brand new pajero sports from Juhn Hughes Victoria park.
Found several scratches on paint.salesman comes with excuse he doesn’t know about them and its the cleaning staff.
Wasn’t detailed either. Had marks on seats and panels inside the car.
Only thing they did was used tyre shine over the tyres to make it look clean instead of properly cleaning the vehicle inside out.
I Asked them if i can take the car inside the showroom to take some pictures but refused as that was jeeps showroom and their mistubishi showroom is under renovation, so was provided with a bow to take some pictures outside the showroom.
They said they are going to fix the scratches but not till next month and i am due for ceramic coating which obviously can’t be done before they actually fix the paintwork with buffing a brand new car i guess?
Really disappointed with service provided by them.
Hope no one else have to go to same situation.

Great customer service from Jason Nastas on buying our Mitsubishi ASX, he has kept us informed all through the process. We received a good trade in with no pressure. Will recommend Jason to anyone when wishes to purchase a new vehicle.

John Hughes Mitsubishi lie and offer terrible customer service. The staff person responsible for delivering our vehicle advised that we had an un allocated vehicle on route to us. Mean while the delivery date lapsed and this staff person ignored all emails. Then after the expiry of our current lease, we were advised that there is a further 3 months wait, and the tail that is getting very old, used by weak businesses who have no real explanation for their poor performance, "oh its due to Covid". I will not deal with a company that uses Covid as an excuse for their absolutely terrible customer service and incompetence, this is not excusable. I think John Hughes him self would be disappointed in this staff persons behaviour.

After speaking with another dealership, it is likely that because we were offered a discount due to the sale being through fleet, with the discount being offered by someone who was acting in the quoting role, that our order will keep being bumped down the list, and that customers paying full retail are delivered first. Apparently this shocking behaviour is occurring throughout the industry.

With the slightest questioning of their behaviour, this staff person chose to cancel our order without confirmation.

I purchased a low km Mitsubishi Eclipse cross from John Hughes, it came with 1 key with remote, I priced another in the country town I live, the price was $540.
I rang the car yard and spoke with Mat the yard supervisor who was very helpful, he informed me they would get me another key and send it up.
I would recommend John Hughes car yards to anyone, they certainly look after their customers, thank you.

After comparing John Huges Skipper Mittsubishi Vicpark to other car yards like Melville Toyota, id have to say John Huges is the best. Ive bought a brand new car from skippers, and my carsalemen i went through was Sebastian Tindale. I cant recommend him highly enough to anyone. He rang me to let me know about the car updates on when it was arriving, he also made sure i was happy with my choice, and if not hed put me in another direction on other different modles. He was thorough with everthing, and very clear when signing legal documents. Thankyou John Huges for a top car salemen.
