This is the third vehicle I have purchase through JHF and have never had any issues with purchase and servicing if my vehicles. Always have been very satisfied with staff regarding sales servicing and any warranty claims. Would have no problems making further enquiries regarding purchase of another vehicle in the future.

Always check your dash camera if fitted when picking up Mine has been unplugged the last couple of weeks since which will affect my insurance. Service department is good otherwise but loan car is never available.

Well Where does it begin, a while ago, got my ford kuga timing belt and service done, then my tension pulley went and saw the v belt was old 2020 (but service and timing belt done in 2022) and it was old and brittle. The guy at the front seat took me t and said it was heat damaged? Don’t think he knew I have worked 6 years on cars and I’m a service tech, anyway I did t have the time to argue as I did question if they did t change this did they do the timing belt. It was closing time and I didn’t have time to argue as had to get one of my kids. Very disappointed with what the John Hughes team has provided me with. Still think they over tensioned the pulley which destroyed the alternator about 4/5000klms later, or they didn’t check the alternator pulley.
Well hold on as now having vibrations so getting another mechanic to check it out, wow I will loose my bananas at the team as I can already hear their response it must be something new as we did a good job? That’s why they didn’t change the v belt and I had to change the alternator and tension pulley? Don’t even want to give them 1 star

Great service by Justin Sacks. Looked after us every step of the way and kept us informed as to the status of our car delivery. Once I received the car, Justin took time to go through all the features of the car and made sure that I was happy with the information and understood everything. I recently purchased a second-hand car from John Hughes Ford in Victoria Park. The salesperson, Felippe Risso, was fantastic and very friendly. He was also very keen to ensure that the car had a full tank of petrol before I drove away so I could enjoy the vehicle uninterrupted for many hours.

I required finance for the vehicle, and the Business Manager, Phil Tran was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He got me the best deal he could, and I am very happy with the interest rate I got.
