Nikhil is very friendly and patiently helped with my incremental change requests. My words cannot describe how happy I am when I see the final finish of the ring. Absolutely stunning. Totally beyond my expectation. If you are looking for a decent ring with a certified high-quality diamond at a reasonable price, look nowhere else.

Purchased my engagement ring from Jogia at the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. A beautiful design with an amazing diamond that I receive regular complements on. Very easy to deal with and communication hit the mark at each milestone and I was confident I was in good hands from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Jogia Diamonds. I was hoping to purchase a salt and pepper diamond on a textured band and Nikhil delivered a ring that exceeded my expectations. I had visited numerous jewellers who were unable to source any salt and pepper diamonds or make textured bands, but Nikhil had no issues. The communication was great and I was kept up to date with all developments. I would recommend Jogia Diamonds to anyone looking to purchase a piece of jewellery.

Nikhil at Jogia Diamonds designed and set a pair of emeralds surrounding a diamond set in a ring. He and the staff at Jogia have provided a courteous and professional service and produced a gift that my wife was very pleased with. I intend to use Jogia for future purchases.

Best Diamond Jewellers in Perth. Nik was awesome they are helpful but not pushy. Nik helped us source an excellent stone and had it set in a beautifully made ring, we are extremely happy with the stone and the ring that Jogia made for us and the ease of the whole process, I couldn't recommend Jogia Diamonds enough they are the best business I have dealt with buy far.

What started out as such a positive experience quickly deteriorated. My partner found the initial choosing of a diamond and designing of an engagement ring great, with the staff very friendly and personable.

Unfortunately, just a day after proposal the diamond came loose. We were able to take the ring back for the diamond to be reset but a week later when we went to collect my ring the setting was wonky/twisted. Not only this, the diamond was still loose. They apologised and said they would this time give my ring to their master jeweller as this wasn't the first instance of issues with the other jeweller.

Once collected, about a fortnight passed and the diamond was loose again. I now placed it in the box and didn't wear it whilst we moved house. Please note, to this point I had probably worn my engagement ring for a total of 30hours, as i was actually too scared to wear it and lose the diamond. We raised the issue again and were told that a bezel would need to be added at an additional cost. I had not liked rings with bezels and the custom design my partner had had made was with this in mind. From this point on, the experience went significantly downhill, with Nikhil taking over the correspondence and outlining that the claws were bending and that whilst he "didn't see any problems with design, it is clear that given the wearer, an under bezel is required". Essentially, the issue was me (even though i had been more careful with my ring than should ever be necessary!)

We had an independent jeweller assess the ring and the craftsmanship of the claws (3 issues) was outlined as being the reason the diamond was coming loose - which we outlined to Nikhil. Still he denied this would be the case and the wearer was to blame but that he would now add a bezel for free and invited us to come in and see him.

After going in and meeting with Nikhil and us again outlining the independent assessment issues and that a bezel was not required he agreed to have the setting remade. I would have thought this was a good outcome and i would have a wearable ring.until a week later when i went to collect my ring and the design had been changed. The claws had been cut off and the "stuck on" about 2mm higher at a different place. I was distraught (visibly so) and when i pointed out the change was greeted with a response of "its so minor, nobody will notice. What do you want me to do about it? " I will admit at this point I got quite angry, but who wouldn't. Who pays for a custom ring and when it is changed would be happy to accept the change. At this point i asked for the setting to be refunded and I would have the whole setting remade elsewhere. I was told I would have to return the whole ring, including diamond (which my partner had hand picked and proposed with!) After much heated back and forward with Nikhil (and him calling me and my partner horrible people to my face) I left with no refund and an unwearable ring that was not the ring my partner designed.
I have waited a few months to write this review, as I have now had the ring remade. No bezel, no changes to the original design yet now I can wear it everyday. The diamond has not come loose at all and I can now actually wear the ring my partner designed. So, the wearer was not at fault, the design was not an issue it was purely the quality of craftmanship.

I do not deny, Jogia sell beautiful well priced diamonds. However, Nikhil's customer service is awful when there is an issue and their ability to accept any fault is non-existent. The 1 star given is purely for the diamond, If i could have given 0 stars I would have.

**edit** for those who read the response below, my review is factual yet the response is completely false: there was no warnings given to my partner regarding the design and no pressure put on anyone by my partner, the ring design has remained unchanged when remade, and “verbal abuse” was actually complete upset caused by Nikhil calling me and my partner names. Spend a little more and go elsewhere

I made an online enquiry, was in the store for an appointment within a day or two. I was shown a few diamonds in my price range and shown their reports to make an informed decision. Paid for the ring (could have done a deposit but paid outright) Ring took a few days to start being made but took approximately 5 business days to make. Ring was shipped to me with tracking info and arrived within 24 hours. I live 900kms away from the store! Ring is beautiful, box is beautiful, the whole process was beautiful. I was able to track the progress of my ring myself but I was also sent via sms progress updates. One very happy lady! Thank you.

My wife and I had a great experience designing her custom engagement ring with Jogia Diamonds. From selecting a high quality diamond from overseas with the expertise and guidance from Yogesh to custom designing the setting with the designers. The design team worked with us incrementally until my wife was completely satisfied with the design and the final product was absolutely stunning. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent and we had a further great follow up experience when designing and ordering our wedding bands. We are very happy to recommend Jogia Diamonds International and look forward to our next inquiry when them.

It says on there website and there front door of there building that they valuate diamonds but when I get there they are not there the number on the door that they said to ring is disconnected. When I do get thru to normal number tells me they don't do valuations. Wow is all I have to say. Pathetic service

Thanks to the team at Jogia Diamonds for making my dream a reality. I was able to propose to my beautiful partner with the dream ring she wanted. Always was happy to respond to my questions via email and even scheduled an appointment to view the stone at short notice for an interstate customer!

We made an engagement ring through their website, started from picking a diamond from their database and a design of our choice. Very happy with the service and the ring. The staff gave us excellent advice when we were shortlisting diamonds. There were a wide variety of beautiful designs to choose from, and we ended up picking the solitaire twisted design - I think it's absolutely beautiful when I receive the final product! The pricing was transparent and Jogia was honest when the diamond price fluctuated - we ended up paying less than expected. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable service to customize a ring.

I had searched international websites and physical stores for the perfect pair of quality diamond stud earrings. Yogesh returned my email inquiry and offered to phone me to help me with real- time diamond selecting from the GIA website. Although the company is based in Perth and I am based in Brisbane, communication was fantastic. I was updated via e-mail and sms every step of the process. I am super pleased with my diamond studs that are F in colour, VVS1 in clarity and set in 18K white gold. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone who seeks quality at a reasonable price.

I initially got in touch with Jogia Diamonds by their website after I had some initial questions. I had read great reviews and liked how I could browse their website and take my time looking at specific diamonds without having a salesman over my shoulder. When I was finally ready, Yogesh and I had several phone calls back and forth finding the right diamond. Once we picked one out that ticked all the boxes he got in touch with the dealer to check it's availability and brightness.

The diamond took a few weeks to arrive but Jogia Diamonds sent their full cut report, photographs and ideal scope the same day. The Ideal Scope was really what I was after and one of the big reasons I wanted to buy from Jogia Diamonds. I only dealt once with someone other than Yogesh, right when I needed to pay the balance of the diamond. This person wasn't as friendly or helpful as Yogesh. The diamond arrived the following day after paying.

Really couldn't be happier, was a bit nervous paying that much for a diamond I hadn't seen but Yogesh is a gentleman and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Happily recommend Jogia Diamonds to anyone looking.

Terrible email service. Picked out the ring and diamond that i wanted, so i decided to email them to confirm how long delivery would be. They replied saying the diamond wasn't excellent enough and to pick something different. 100% not the question i asked. Missed out on a sale

I cannot recommend Jogia Diamonds more highly. I purchased an engagement ring from Jogia and have nothing but praise for their quality of product, value for money and outstanding personalised service! My fiancée was delighted with the ring and very impressed that I made the effort to play a part in the design. I ordered 8 smaller diamonds either side of the main diamond, when i received the ring it had 9 diamonds either side of the the main.the lovely lady had added the extra diamonds at no extra charge so that the diamonds would encompass the band more. I will be back for the wedding bands!
