Great vibe, great people, awesome looking food. Great play area all round awesome little spot.

Best fries I've ever had in my life. The waffle cut is God tier and they cooked them and seasoned them to order. Ended up getting another order of those after we all finished our food. Burgers were incredible. No frills and nothing to hide behind.just a straightforward cheeseburger. Potato rolls for the authentic experience.

Price was so low. Incredible everything. 12/10 all around.

Very friendly staff and a small, unassuming spot. Can't wait to go back.

It's a great little diner experience backed up with a decent range of quite excellent burgers as well as a very nice reuben sandwich and great thickshakes.

This is a first for me to leave such a review. Although the service people were good, the manager herself was rude and racist. She came up to us while my friend's kids were playing accusing them of destroying the play area floor and we were going to be billed and she had reviewed the CCTV footage. When in actual fact she hadn't as I had seen some other children pull it up and throw it at each other and stopped them prior to my friend's kids arriving at the venue. When I told her this she did not even apologise for her mistake and kept giving us looks and my friend's kids were quite hurt with this accusation. We didn't make a scene and left after the kids finished their meals but would definitely not recommend this as a family/friendly place.

Very friendly staff, burgers are very nice and very filling. I had the BBC burger with fried chicken and beef patties, Was very messy but tasted great loved the waffle fries that were amazing. My daughter had a deluxe cheeseburger and she absolutely loved it.

There was spot with game machines that had a claw machine we won a teddy at lol

Worth the visit to Joey's.
Had a valley boy burger that looked even better than the picture, great crispy chips and a nice cold strong iced coffee, so good. Tasted great too.
My wife had the valley girl burger chips and a chocolate thick shake. Hers was as good as mine.
Definitely won't be disappointed

So lovely! Lots of places to sit down. Kids had so much fun. Lots of things to do and occupy them. The ice cream are delicious but the Affogato is the best in town. Real value for money and just so good. Would have it again any time! And take friends and visitors. Great little stop. Open all hours it seems too. Drive thru and well as walk in orders! Great friendly patient service.

Tried joeys Swan valley diner when visiting Swan valley. The burgers were great. Drove thr and ordered three little pigs burger, buff burger, valley girl burger, fried chicken burger and waffle fries. The waffle fries were pretty salty though.

Have enjoyed Joey's diner in the past the food is good and reasonably priced. But when I order buffalo wings I want blue cheese sauce they got rid of that sauce and the replacement sauces are truly both terrible. I don't know how anyone could possibly like those sauces they are so out of place with the meal. Now I'd just rather go to other American style burger joints that don't stray from the classic tastes and flavours

Was looking forward to having lunch here but was very disappointed. Our burgers were so cold. I don't know how they got so cold when we picked them up as soon as our beeper went off. My burger was just ok but not worth the price. Salad was on the bottom which was odd. Son's chips were inedible, tasted stale and flavourless. Yummy waffle fries and thick shakes though. Probably wouldn't return unless for dessert.

Great burgers, loved the Valley Boys Burger. Brilliant iced coffee too. Everything was quick, well cooked, and service was very friendly and personable! Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area, it's a good atmosphere.

First time there and we were so looking Forward to the burgers. Sadly we were disappointed. My chicken burger was soggy, way too much coleslaw. My burger was falling apart. The Ruben sandwich was average. Both burgers were lacking taste. The chicken nuggets and chips were nice. Nice playground for kids.
Wouldn’t go back unfortunately. Better burger place in Ellenbrook.

I’ve been going to joeys for a long time as my choice of burger within the swan area. I would normally recommend joeys to all my friends as the best place to get burgers from but after tonight my mind does not feel the same. Placed my normal order and ended up with 2 bbc burgers that was sloppy and fell apart within the first bite. Waffle fries that were cold, half cooked and without joeys aioli after driving only 5mins down the road to home. This was after sitting in the waiting bay that had sewerage flow in the dirt bay directly in front of it and when the guy brought our food out even he coughed on the smell but didn’t apologise or mention it. Have to say in 2 years of going to joeys this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I feel like they have lost their way and it’s really disappointing.

We went there as my partner said it got great reviews. We thought the place looked good, but the burgers we had were ok! It would of been better if they had slightly toasted the bun like traditional hamburgers & used a plain HB bun.were not into those fancy buns. We didn't eat much of the regular chips that we shared they looked good but they were sort of hollow on the inside. (Maybe frozen chips). Customer service was good.

Booked for breakfast at another "better" establishment in the Swan valley for breakfast with family. That venue really messed up and weren't at all bothered. Brother in law suggested we go to Joeys.
What can I say - good coffee, good breaky burger and good company.
Turned a bit of a rubbish morning into a great one. Well done.

Disappointing! We waited and hour and half for one burger and one regular chips. Admittedly it was a busy day, but then to be told they gave us the wrong “buzzer” after waiting for such a long time was disappointing because we had to keep lining up. We received a complimentary drink but our food was served to us cold even the chips weren’t warm. It’s not really drive in, it’s line up and wait and wait…. Would never go again. This was our second visit it’s needs better management.

Bun, sauce and cheese were all good, unfortunately the patties have a sausage grind consistency which makes it look like a cheap store bought option. If they switched to a more common brisket/chuck mince with a not as dense pack it would be leagues ahead.

My aunt had a burger with blue cheese and some chips, my mother had a cheeseburger and fries, and i had the vienna hotdog and fries.they wers delicious and so was my mums iced coffee and my caramel & banana thickshake

Great value and service.pleasant rest stop with a kiddie playground and covered outdoor area. WC available on property with easy parking. Coffee and food prepared with pride with plenty of variety. 5/5

Place is nice, tried both burgers chicken and double beef not much flavour at all. Pretty pricey the main attraction was definitely the loaded fries for $11. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted dine in or takeaway. Place would get more business if it wasn't so pricey. But all in all pretty good but not the best.
