What a joke again and again delivery hour and fourty late bad attitude pizza arrived soggy And tasteless not this first time

Don't use their online ordering system.
Have been a huge supporter of Jojoes and usually book via the website ordering system. Today I decided to pay via cash and the delivery driver showed a docket with $1.80 more than mine (that already incl gst and delivery fee).
Avoid their online ordering system to get the actual total amount for your order.

Before this I would have rated jojoes much higher.

Thanks for your personal service and delicious pizza. Delivered on time and for a large number of pizzas in a periid, this was appreciated. Im Very happy to reccommend you.

Happy with my family size pizza, the topping are generous and the pizza dough is sensation, it's very crispy and tasty. This is now our favorite pizza place:)

These guys really have no idea how to deliver anything on time. They make a great pizza but do yourself a favour and go elsewhere unless you want to stare longingly out the window for 45 to an hour ON TOP of the specified delivery time, waiting with a rumbling tummy. Every. Time. Doesn't even matter what day of the week it is.

Good pizza though.

The service was too slow and too pricey for what you get. Too small and expensive. I ordered a large pizza and it arrived 1 hour and 35 mins late. Never seen that before that's why is called fast food. They didnt even call to say the pizza was gonna take a bit longer.

1.5hrs after ordering and we're still waiting:/

Lift your game guys.can't fault the pizza when it's fresh and actually arrives, but the customer service sucks.

Five Star until recently. We order regularly form Jojo's and until recently their service has been excellent. I placed an order with delivery confirmed for 5.45PM. At 5.55 our pizza had not arrived. I called the shop only to be told they were busy and our pizzas were just going into the oven. This had happened a couple of weeks earlier also. There was no apology and no phone call to let us know there would be a delay because they were busy.

The 3 pizzas we ordered were very tasty, well cooked, hot and delivered promptly on time.
We all particularly enjoyed the thin crust.
We would not hesitate using this business again.

Yummy pizza but have become too inconsistent. Wrong size given, pizza not cut. Then final straw first to walk in then last to be served, bizarre. Shame, no apologies, no payment of error for smaller size pizza being given. No acknowledgement for being a regular customer.

Second best pizza in WA. Second only to Jo-Joe's Pizza in Albany.

Great Pizza but really unreliable with producing what is ordered. They forget to put the correct base sauce and crust type and the ingredient balance is erratic. I just wish I received what i ordered!

Been ordering here for 20 years but lately we are constantly let down by the service. Very late deliveries, incorrect pizzas, items missing. Tonight our garlic bread didn’t arrive and the delivery driver laughed at us and said we wouldn’t be receiving it tonight. I rang the store and they said they would send one. An hour and a half later it hasn’t arrived and the store has its phone off the hook. Basic customer service guys c’mon

We get their pizza regularly and it's always good. So is the garlic bread. The staff are always friendly, and everything is delivered piping hot.

Their pizza is great. Best I've had SoR. I used to drive past on my way home from work and pick up the pizza and everything was great.

When I moved house and started using their online ordering system instead I've had quite a few problems. The pizza is still great, but the ETA is usually wrong. One was early (which is awesome), one has come on time. The others have been 35-90 minutes late.

5 stars for the pizza and 3 for the speed.

Not traditional Italian style but they always use such quality ingredients that I always come back; pizza is always fresh and tasty! Love the pepperoni here, fell in love with Portofino too. Just delish!

Worst pizza delivery wait time EVER - great pizza, but really? 2.5 hrs? And no manners on the phone. Letting their business down.

Throughout the ten years of eating at jo-joes pizza, alfred cove I have received quality pizzas and exceptional service through the staff. Bruno has provided great work that has led the company to success.

Best pizza I've ever had. Can't go anywhere else now.pick up definitely recommended, especially if it's a weekend as delivery can take ages but is well worth the wait.
