Stylist was kind and patient with my requests and explained what i could and couldn’t do to achieve the style i wanted.a bit pricey but worth it!

Had an appointment with Eva and they were amazing! I expected my appointment would take a while since I came in with really long hair but everything wrapped up well in an hour. I asked for a layered hush cut with curtain bangs and they did a really good job framing my face! Will definitely come back

Liked my haircut here, thought I’ll give this place a shot so went back to get my roots bleach and all over colour but end up spending $340 on uneven/spotchy hair! It’s so disappointing. Had to waste more time and money at a different place just to fix it. Seem like nice people but let me walkout with something like that so I won’t be coming back.

Had an appointment with Eva this morning and she was great! She listened to my concerns and was honest about how to achieve the style that I wanted. Ended up with a really cute haircut (plus wash and dry) that only cost me $60.

When I went there a few years ago, their service was excellent that's why I came back. Not sure what happened but the service this time was very unpleasant, they simply don't care about the customer service anymore. Just plain rude and have a "don't wanna work" attitude. The result wasn't worth what I paid for. Shame!
Don't think I'll ever be back.

The staff are friendly and considerate and the hair dressers do a brilliant hair cuts.
The only negative is finding parking.

Super efficient and experienced. I felt confident with skills of the staff. Follows instructions well and careful with your style by letting you know what they are doing. Fairly priced too.

This is my second time at J&K and have had an enjoyable experience. Eva trimmed my long hair, added layers, thinned it out and gave me curtain bangs. The final result was a relaxed and feminine cut. Will definitely go again and recommend family and friends

I booked my appointment with Eva on 18th of January for 24th January. I have been waiting and longing for haircut and hair colour.
When I arrived, she washed my hair first. Then, only she confirmed with me that I wanted a haircut and treatment. I said I booked for haircut and full colour instead of hair treatment. That’s fine.
We discussed about the haircut and colour, and she started the hair cut, which only takes about 8-10 minutes. I confirmed with her whether she’s finished, she said yes. I see almost only 2 chunks of hair chopped off under the haircut chair.
Whoever that is reading this review, please see attached the picture of my after haircut and judge! She totally RUINED my hair! All I want is quite simple, is just hair restyle and all she did was cutting my length, without touching my upper hair. And the haircut is $60? !
And look at my bottom hair now? ! Is this what a hairdresser should do? !
I explained to her that this is a trim and not a style cut. I said I can get a trim for only $45. She said then you can go to other place. HELLO? You are not qualified to say this! Look at the picture yourself! YES YOU WERE RIGHT! NOW I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR HAIRCUT AND COLOUR!
She didn’t charge me at the end but I’m still very very very very disappointed and on fire!

I used to go here but don’t go anymore. I think they’ve made enough money so they treat customers very poorly. Because they just get few customers they think they’re such skilled but in fact quite poorly skilled. They’re extremely pricey for their minimal skill and average offering. I won’t recommend this place. There are plenty of better skilled and professional places

Had a normal haircut here. Aron was friendly and treated details with care. Well worth the money.

Alice was my hair dresser yesterday.
She understood my request and I like my hairstyle now. I was happy to their amazing service. Will visit again. Thanks a lot

Would definitely come back! I was looking for a hairdresser that specialises in Asian haircuts and I'm super pleased with how this turned out!

Aron took great attention in balancing the haircut and gave me alot of tips on how to take care of and style my hair!

I was recommended by a friend to visit here. Booking was great, they even had a msg sent to me when the booking was made and I think i did receive a reminder before booking too. Once I arrived they did not make wait long unlike some other venues. The chair and place is comfy and OMG they have a cute husky just walking around …. Idk they do it on purpose or what but it actually enhances the mood:).

I had my hair cut by Aron and he did an amazing job. I've been to other way more expensive salons, they can't compete! Very happy with the service here and they have the most beautiful Husky at the front of the place who loves a good cuddle and tummy rub. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Eva is a magician!

For me, the test of the true skill of a hairdresser is just a simple hair cut which the customer descripts. Eva nailed it every time for me.

Highly recommend to see Eva if you are after a good hairdresser!

Had my appointment at 4.30pm with Aron today. Arrived on time n was brought into the room for shampoo straight away… without any wait. Aron was professional n efficient. The entire service was done less than an hour! Impressive! Love my hair cut! Walked out like a new person. 5 star service! Will definitely be back! Oh btw, Eta (Aron's dog) was super cute & very gentle. ;)

My hair turned out so great! Love Eva, she’s such a professional. Definitely coming back again!
