Very poor customer service. Wanted to exchange a top I purchased in another Jim Kidd store. Was told had to exchange an item for the same price as there is no refund policy. When I asked politely if that was legal the manager replied ‘I’m not sure’. My partner wanted to try the item on and was told to go to the fitting room. When she did it was locked. The manager did nothing until I again asked if the door could be unlocked. Seemed like a huge effort for her. Genuinely seemed as though everything was a chore.

Staff where great as always, this is a store about the gear. Stacked to the roof with stock. Friendly and helpful.

Great store very reasonably priced and service was excellent.will definitely purchase all gym clothing and sports shoes from this store.

You should train your checkout staff how EFTPOS machine works and the relevant pay options like Afterpay/Zip pay.
Advising them that Afterpay and Zip pay works but she was quick to brush it off that she was not told. Perhaps some staff training to enhance their knowledge with changes in technology.

Went in to get some shoes. 5 staff working, 2 stacking shoes, 3 behind the counter chatting and not one "hello". We did our best to edge around the boxes of shoes on the floor to try and find what we were looking for, but in the end we had to give up and leave. Not goodbye on the way out either.

I had the worst experience at the Clarkson store. A young female worker rude and aggressive. I have been trying to find a number for their head office. But can you believe it its pretty well hidden. Cant find a number anywhere. This young girl at Clarkson shouldn't be allowed to be at the front desk. But these companies don't want to know about it.

Terrible, the staff where nice and all but at the end of the day its a money hungry business that doesn't care about the costumer. Ordered boots and I am normally a 10 but these didn't fit, so we got an instore voucher that is useless as the season starts in a couple of weeks and they don't have any in-stock.

Wouldn't recommend. Went in yesterday to buy trackpants for work as I work in a gym. Took them back today as, although the size seemed right in store, the style being tapered was riding down below my hips when I put them on this morning. Took them off straight away and returned both pairs to the store. Willing offered to exchange one pair as I needed 2XL sizing and was only able to find one 2XL in any style on their shelves. They exchanged the one pair, but refused a request to refund the second pair in brand new condition with the receipt provided. Also, the salesperson took my receipt to hold while I looked for the sizing I needed, which is just strange. Having worked for the biggest sports retailer in Australia for almost a decade, I find this to just be poor service. Definately doesn't make me keen to deal with them again when I now have a store credit that I'm going to have to wait to use for who knows when I'll need to purchase anything again!

Like a few other reviews I have now read If I could leave a zero or minus review I would

My Wife has forwarded to me your email reply so I feel It only fair to reply and express our frustration on this matter I am actually gob smacked to say the least with the lack of care and customer satisfaction is not the main priority with such a large multinational company!

If it were MY company I know what I would be doing as Clients feedback and good customer Service is my main focus to move forward and are the back bone of any good company and brand name with this current economy!

Do you guys think we can Just pull another $200 Dollars out of Our ***** with this current Climate!
Having bought a new pair of runners for the son Last Thursday to only have the split at the Toe
on the Sunday evening is totally unacceptable!

It was also mentioned at the point of sale that the shoes were for his cricket and the sales rep recommended another pair that may be more suitable! (yer Right)
After Raising 4 Kids over the years and I would say 85% of the time over the years buying this Brand there would be a kind of Goodwill gesture and to be perfectly honest if the shop that actually did sell My wife the shoes mentioned that she should not buy this type of Runner for our son we would not be in this situation!

No Signs were displayed at the shop or on the wall mentioning Do Not buy these shoes Or saying buyer beware! (This was also mentioned By Consumer protection in recent communication)

A Lack of Training and advising from Your agent and representative that is working on behalf of ASICA! (This is where it Give me the *** as everyone now is just passing the buck!)

I feel Gutted that this has not been addressed correctly as what I would have personally done with one of My clients if this was the case after purchasing many products over the years (where is the good old fashioned Good will these day with Customer service) etc

It’s a real shame as we are affiliated with two Athletics clubs in Perth and are Major Sponsors for Both not to mention MY Daughter is playing for the Wacca in Cricket I’ll also be mentioning the total disappointment of upper management in out next committee meeting.

A Sad Day and a bitter taste Now left in our mouths and as a result we will no longer using the ASICA Brand And also an Offer of Less 10 % for a new purchase is a slap in the face by JIM Kid (Your Shop Front)

Such a shame and disappointment for such a small outlay from a Manufacturers point of view to Keep the peace you could say and to avoid this disappointment also now the fact our Son still doesn’t have His new pair of shoes.

How silly of Me to think with being such a loyal customer over the years with all our kids purchasing these brands that a better outcome would have happened,
I actually have as pair that I train in but will possible just throw them in the bin I think as it makes me sick to think of how this has been managed.

I've bought three pairs of sneakers from Jim Kidd Sports and have not been dissapointed. I started walking for fitness about a year ago and decided to try jogging/running about two months ago. I went in and got an awesome pair and was just what I was looking for, and not for an arm and a leg.
Great selection and friendly atmosphere!

Worst Jim Kidd I’ve been too. The manager Jeff, is disgustingly rude! Wouldn’t refund me for a faulty item! Even though it clearly states on their website they do! All that was offered, was we will send away for a “faulty claim” that could take weeks.

Disappointed! Staff member Abby was helpful once I finally tracker her down and asked for help after browsing and looking for a staff member for about 20mins.
Had to try and find my own size in styles stored overhead as the owner/manager was busy refusing a refund to a customer (who had a reasonable request) and telling another staff member he couldn't accommodate his request for time off.
Abby was helpful and rang another store for my size but there was little help across the store, little to no stock in women's size 10 and no follow through with assistance.

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. They'll show you all options and prices and let you make up your own mind. We had Adam helping today and he was really great. Plus we got a pair of sneakers that were $130 of their RRP.

Sadly I can’t review a 0. Most unprofessional disrespectful store I have ever had dealings with in my life. The so called manager JEFF wouldn’t be able to run a bath let alone a retail outlet. Don’t know how Jim Kidd let someone with such poor customer service and deplorable leadership skill represent their brand, let alone deal with customers, inspire and lead young employees in what will be a lasting Impressions on their working career. If you want to see how not to do customer service I implore everyone to return an item to this store once they have your money. Good Luck! My partner returned a pair of $50 workout pants which had never been worn, with the receipt and tags. The item she was returning had a hole in them. She was refused a refunded, interrogated like she was a criminal, spoken to in the most disrespectful disgusting way with no level of customer service or professionalism at all. Boycott at all costs.

Service was good and product good. $80 parking fine wasn't so flash. A warning that parking fees existed would have been nice.

This store needs to smarten up their act if they want to keep the business going. Treating customers with blatant disrespect when they were in the wrong is absolutely disgusting and goes against any common sense when it comes to a customer service based shop.the manager of the shop just made my mother apologise to a staff member who 1.was rude initially. 2.they didn't have the right item on hold. 3. WALKED OFF from the till when my mother went to pay for her items. 4.rudely spoke to my child when he wasn't doing anything wrong.

I USED to recommend this shop to people as they provided a cheap foot wear and now they have lost my business!

Absolutely disgusted to hear of any customer being treated in this manner, let alone someone who was disappointed the item she requested was not correctly put on hold as promised and then MADE to apologise to someone with little to no customer service skills.

Please think twice before entering this poorly run store. I am absolutely appalled at the behaviour of these people.definitely wont be returning to that store ever again!
