Went to buy some shoes, service was on point and professional.
Selection could be a bit better for some brands, but still there is all you need!

Bought some clothes in watertown JKS this friday 28 july. The young guy showed me what I wanted was nice and helpful but the young woman with short dark hair on the counter wasn't really polite, no greeting, no smile, taking long time just muck around behind the counter to serve me. I was just waiting finally she grab my items. She needs some customer skills, definitely not happy staff to work in the shop.

Went in to buy some shoes & shorts for walking. The sales person was very attentive & gave great service

Assuming it was the manager, very rude to her staff as well as customers. Terrible customer service.

Came across a very rude staff member, not coming back since there is plenty of choice elsewhere

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the Asian manageress. I asked for a price on a pair of shoes and she started yelling at my son and I asking where did we get them from. I stated that they were over in the pile of boxes in the isle on the shop floor and she then snatched the box from me and told me in a loud and extremely rude manner that these were not for sale. I then asked if they aren’t for sale, then why are they here on the shop floor. Again she said, “Not for sale” in an aggressive manner and in front of other customers who all stopped and stared at her unprofessional conduct. An absolute disgrace and appalling conduct from her. The shop was a mess with staff standing around not assisting customers. Will not be shopping or recommending this store at all.

I went to the shop to buy a pair of running shoes and boxing staff.

I was lost because they have a huge amount of running shoes, all type of prices and models. William was really nice helping me out, Taking his time and sharing his knowledge until we found the ones the fit me the best for my type of running and feet. As well about boxing gloves and everything I was asked it was answered by the most politely and friendly way.

Definitely the type of person you are very glad to find face to the public in a shop!

Should’ve said something there and then but we decided not to cause a scene instead. My mum and I walked in and asked the older Asian Lady if they had KIDS Nike shorts & she walked us over to the MENS section and said “we have small sizes” so again my mum stated it was for kids we were asking & she yelled at my mum saying “NO WE ONLY HAVE SMILE SIZES IN MEN” pretty sure she was a manager too. Don’t know why she thought it was a good idea to yell at a customer and proceed to show the ugly attitude she had, slamming clothes against the racks and talking to herself. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers. At her OLD AGE it’s time for retirement I think

Kat at the check out - Terribly rude and not nice to deal with! Had a rude condescending tone when we went to the check out items scanned $20 more then advertised, she snatched the box from the counter and went to check the price, while she did that we checked online and as she came back she said no she believed it was only one colour of the specific shoes and we did online it says all and tried to show, she snapped and said il check myself as she checked on the computer, we did say there was no need to be like that, she acted shocked and said she didn’t do anything was then rolling her eyes and making noises as looking up the items! She then found it online and smacked her hand on the bench saying you will need to sign up as a member to get it at that price. At Christmas time we are all told to give those in retail a break it would be of such retail workers like kat could actually give that back to customers especially those who did nothing but question a price error.

Went here on 22/11/22 around 4: 35pm a nice experience with helpful staff, except when we were waiting to pay at the counter, this tall african male staff ruined it all for us.he was super rude and impatient totally disgusting service from him.read from another review saying that he is the manager.wow he needs to do better.

I had to serve myself which was fine. Didn't need the extra sales BS anyway.

I tried various shoes and chose the most comfortable, thought it was best to spend more than feel less comfortable.

Staff never saw me/they maybe could have tried as it turns out I did need half a size bigger.

Rude and poor customer service. I bought a pair of Asics 4 months ago and the fabric is already fraying. (similar to some of the other reviews here). I brought it back and was being served by a young girl behind the counter when I started telling her the issue with the shoe, this other Asian girl pushed her aside with the attitude "I'll deal with this! ". I showed her the shoe and she basically said "it's the way you're wearing your shoe! ". Seriously? ! Then she got the manager and they both basically in a very rude way accusing me of snagging it on something, damaging it and then trying to return it. Irrespective of the cause, these two need some lessons in customer service. Jim Kidd management please take note, looks like similar rudeness has been reported here before about the same staff member.

I visited Jim Kids store at Watertown few days ago (31st October) and had an extremely bad experience with there customer service I couldn’t catch that lady’s name properly but as I remember a bit that her name was KAT, (she was an Asian lady maybe Filipino) she had a very bad attitude and she was behaving like we were buying from them for free. Before buying I wanted to try some clothes, I asked her is the fitting room free? She didn’t reply I asked again then she replyed very rudely and shouted DO YOU WANT TO USE THEM…. I felt very strange but I said yes please and then she unlocked the door for me and banged it. It wasn’t enough yet…. When we went to the checkout to pay and we bought the stuff, she didn’t even smiled or said any word of appreciation (I still said thanks to her), my husband asked for the receipt (he said can I have the receipt please) SHE again replied very rudely and loudly with raising her eyebrows ‘’ I’M GIVING YOU’’ and when I told her that why are you being so rude? She said NOO YOU ARE BEING RUDE
We were so surprised that what we did WRONG man I hope the management will take my review seriously

4 days ago I bought a pair of Nike trainers for $99, wore them 3 times and they started fraying in the mesh material. Took them back for a simple swap and was lied to that to would take 2 months to replace them. Absolute and utter rubbish. Don’t waist your time or money dealing with these people.

As always, the customer service here at Jim Kidd Sports Watertown is exceptional. The staff here always go above and beyond. Will leads an amazing team! Jess the shoe specialist never fails and Kat is such a delight and pleasure to see each and every time. Thank you to all the team that always helps me with my needs. I have been very loyal to your store since Murray Street days and this will never change. Keep up the great work team! I shall see you soon:)

Scruffy store, clothes always jam packed onto rails, so if you take 1 shirt off about 5 fall onto the floor.
