Jetty Fish N Burgers

Great gluten-free fish and chips! The Gluten free batter was great and crispy. The meals were huge, we couldn't finish ours. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Been here twice in the last week. Had the snapper both times. Dine in and take out. Beautiful fresh fish cooked perfectly, batter was nice and crispy and most important it was snapper. Good well cooked chips nice to the taste. I had squid rings too All in all a well run business with polite, friendly and committed staff. Hats off to Jetty Fish n Chips. More than decent sized fillets at decent price. Very pleasing experience all round. “ah’ll be back” as Arnie says

I came down from Yanchep to eat gf fish n chips at this place as it serves g/f
3 of us can’t eat gluten
We waited a while for service as the young man serving just stayed in the kitchen. Finally he came out. I ordered a chiko roll and 2dim dims for hubby. I asked for a g/f shark n chips.
However I was served normal fish n chips.
When I queried it, I was told, No you didn’t ask for gf
I might be old but I’m not stupid I know what I asked for. The manager flatly refused to exchange my order. Instead I was told I had to pay again. I walked away in disgust. But my hubby paid as we were with friends and he didn’t want me to miss out. So we paid twice.
Well that’s six customers you wont be getting in the future

Great fish and chips. Very big portions. Fresh and crispy. Great view sit in the sun. Ice-cream for the kids right next door.

We had lunch here and I am not really a fish person but I was really happy with the quality, size and freshness of my fish, the chips and the home made tartare sauce were excellent.
The view and atmosphere was perfect for fish and chips. Parking was right on the doorstep. A young lad was serving us, he was so friendly and helpful.
The pricing is very reasonable for the portion size and quality.
Best fish and chips I have had for a very long time. Highly recommended.

Fish and chips delicious!

Don't grab fish and chips (or ice cream from next door) on a Sunday. Oil must be so old by Sunday as we could not eat the chips, they weren't just incredibly crispy from dark oil but had a odd taste to them. Same as the ice cream from next door, ice throughout the ice cream. All 3 flavours we picked had ice throughout the ice cream that caused an unpleasant taste and texture.

Food's great and, provided the weather's good, it's marvellous to sit outside and watch the water. Just be aware that the seagulls get a little too friendly, especially when there're chips around.

Granted, I was starving by the time I finally got to Mandurah and here from Perth after problems with the rail track past Warnbro and waiting around for a train replacement bus, but my fish and chips for $12.50 hit the spot.

Hot, crunchy chips, decent batter and the fish was fresh and cooked well. Generous serve.

This is one of the best fish and chip places I've ever seen for coeliac friendly food. Really lovely service and fresh ingredients.

The food was exceptional. It was better then most other fish and chips shops and the service was very polite and they had a good variety of seasonings to make the food taste even better then it already was! It was quite busy which makes sense because of how lovely the place was. It was peaceful with a nice view and it’s very relaxing. My favourite thing about this place is that it’s a bargain. You can get so much food for a cheap price! The food is so well seasoned and you can get it for a cheap price!

A dear friend of mine had a terrible experience and was basically victimised. Definately not how a manager should act. They will not be getting my business.
Getting accused of lying. Why would a lovely lady lie to simply get more food.

Just ate some regular chips and a few scallops, chips had the right crunch, super delish and got the salt amount right?

Great food, but forgot the burger in the order. Then told we would have to wait for all the other orders before it, we had already waited 45 mins for the fish and chips. And the order was not read back before payment!

Staff didn't put the beef burger through, made ordering GF a big deal. When asked where the burger was, the staff member was rude and said "well it wasn't put through. " That much was obvious. I get people make mistakes but the rudeness of the staff when it was pointed out was disgusting.

Very busy day but got our orders through and correct. Very nice fish and heaps of chips with it. You guys beat the big C down the road hands down in terms of quality and taste.
