Woman behind the counter had no personality or customer service skills
Unless you wanted the Eggs Benny variety from the freezer (the whole freezer was full of only this variety other than 3 packs) there was no point going to this shop
The store on Parry Avenue always has a good range so I will be going a little further in future

Opens at 7.30am, went at 8.15am. Hardly any pies in warmer. Pastry on all pies didn't look cooked. Bought a stockman
and the egg, cheese and bacon pie. Stockman wasn't bad but pastry not cooked properly. Egg not cooked properly in my pie still clear slime and maybe a teaspoon of bacon in one side of the pie. Poor effort for top price pies

Went yesterday with my husband. Used our entertainment book to claim a free pie and coffee.
As always I love Jesters Magic Mushroom pie and my hubby loved the new flavour Texas Burger pie.
The lady who served us greeted us and is very quick with our orders which was appreciated as we are rushing back and from our appointments.
The yummy coffee came with a big biscuit which is filled with a beautiful jam that goes well with the crumbly sweet texture of the biscuit.

Extremely rude lady with zero skills to work with customers. Remember customer make our business running they pay our salary.so be nice and respectful

Walking into the store and I greeted the lady behind the counter (not her greeting me) while my kids were deciding what pie they would like to have, she sighed as if we were wasting her time. My son even felt the pressure and just asked for a random pie that he didn’t even want. I told her I wanted it in a combo and again seemed as though I inconvenienced her some how? My kids asked me what’s her problem… horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for a franchised pie I would’ve given the joint a 1 star.

Pastry undercooked and chips salted ahead of asking if you actually want salt. Coffee was decidedly average too.

I Just found out a new owner took over a few years ago. Jesters also sell doughnuts made from Krispy Kremer. The coffee taste was alright. The chips were tasty but a bit saltier. Next time will request lesser salt. Friendly staff. Good service. Cheers! (2022-01)

Don’t waste your money on this place. Go to Cockburn Jesters heaps better. The girl here is rude obnoxious Can’t make a coffee to save her lif. You ask for a half shot (weak king black with a dash of milk and you get half a cup of cold coffee. Then you take it back only to get a full cup of cold coffee. No apology uses excuses that that’s how ppl like it. No one likes to pay $4 for a half cup of coffee.

Terrible service and she doesn’t even care

Tried this store three times over the last 12 months, every time i visit i have issues with them having no change for cash purchases, they force EFTPOs machine onto and expect you to pay with card.

1st time i went there i placed order was handed food, with money in hand i went to hand it over and the young rude attendant pushed the EFTPOs machince onto the counter in front of me banging it as it went down, I proceeded to say that I wanted to pay cash then she could not work out how much change to give me and had to go find a calculator to work it out.

2 visit was also served by same person purchased lunch time special, had to wait for chips and then when i went to pay with cash, I was then told that they did not have correct change it took them 10 minutes to get correct change, again they request EFTPOS payment

Went for 3rd try today again requested and pushed EFTPOS terminal at me and asked to pay via card, I did not have card on me and then ordered to be again tod that there was no change in till, walked out and went to Brumbys where i got a pleasant young girl that was happy to take my cash and give me correct change with any arguments

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JESTERS AGAIN

I don't expect shop assistants to cow tow to customers.but i do expect courteous service (slamming down the eftpos machine when I asked if I can pay with the card and barking "WHAT! ". When I asked for a bag are not what I class as customer service.
How this lady ever got the job I don't know (must be the owners daughter). I suggest you fire her.or your store may be forced to close down due to lack of customers.

I'm quite a regular customer to this jesters. Today I ordered a spud deluxe and a ned Kelly. The spud deluxe was burnt, there was no gravy in it and no potato. The fillings in both are so stingy.

There's a fat lady in the front with Malaysian accent, long hair. She's very rude and didn't attend to me. Serve cold food and chips. Always playing with hp. Will never come back again.

Devastated the parma pie is promotional only. Having said that the chips are really really good. Thoroughly recommended. Sometimes I just get chips only. Well most of the time.

Maybe it was under new management. Fillings in the pies were not great. I have been a fan in the past of jesters. No more.

The pies are tiny, expensive and filled with flavourless glug with a few bits of meat and mushroom. The chips used to be the saving grace of this place but they must have changed product, they are now average at best. If I hadn't ordered it from Ubereats I would have demanded my money back. Disgusting!

Apart from the good pies & chips, the service and attitude from one of the staff members is atrocious. Had a coupon to buy frozen pies and she stated that she had just packed the freezer so don’t mess it up! I was beyond shocked at her tone, as I hadn’t even said a word. She stood next to me while I made payment to the other staff member and I could not wait to get out of there! Not the first time I’ve experienced her attitude.

Good pies and friendly service. Convenient parking and a few outdoor seats available. Coffee and a donut for $3.bargain!

Got given old pies - $6.00 for my cheesy pie which had all its cheese dried up and the pies look shriveled up and dark brown. The cashier was nice enough to replace it though once I tried getting into it. Other pies looked fresh, the ones I wanted in particular though looked awful like the WilliamTell. I think if you’re paying $6.00 for a single pie, it should swapped every hour or so for fresh ones.

Our donut wasn’t the freshest either sadly. The icing crumbled off and it was tough. Krispy Kreams usually melt in your mouth and light as a feather- this was, I feel, in the fridge for a couple of days. I am not one to complain usually, but being to many other Jesters which have been just perfect, this one was off putting. Maybe on a Sunday it was just an off day- don’t know?
