Of the other builders who priced our project Jersey’s quote wasn’t the cheapest and it wasn’t the most expensive but we chose Jersey because the communication was first-rate, we always felt nothing was too much trouble and knew everything would be delivered as promised. Going with Jersey was the best decision we made.

From the outset and throughout of a very difficult project involving multiple stakeholders, site and some methodology issues - Jamie has been communicative and incredibly helpful over the last ~18 months with this retaining wall replacement. With all the issues that continually kept coming up, Jamie was able to troubleshoot and present viable options for us to keep the project going. Whilst I hope to never have to undertake something like this again, Jersey would be my first choice.

It’s complicated!

The site was a nightmare – awkward to access, no lay down area, unexpected utilities and asbestos contamination - all made more difficult with COVID cases, supply interruptions and wet weather. This build had all the makings of a drama!
Thankfully our story had a happy ending as Jamie and the team made it all happen with lots of hard work, regular communications and good humour. Very impressed – we’d happily use Jersey Living’s services again.

Very impressed with the whole experience of having our gutters, eaves and fascias replaced. We have an old 1960s house so nothing is simple but the guys went above and beyond to come up with solutions. Most impressive is the communication. Jamie constantly kept us updated with who was coming and when and what was to come next. Greatly appreciate everything and we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects
