Jellybeans Child Care Wembley

Very bad experience. Very bad centre. If you cherry your children, and care about their health and mental health, do not send your kids to this centre.

If time could return back, I wouldn't send my son there. In the Toddler room, the educator left my son pee inside his pants. After I complained, they stopped to forced him. Move to Kindy room, they said my son have social issure, after the therapist visited the center and found my son had no issue. The problem came from the other kids, and the educators did not watch carefully.
Since this year February, my son nearly every month has one accident. (My son only goes one day per week.) Talking with the center manager, she is super unprofessional and has so many excuses.

Beside this I am paying $180 per day, but get very bad service.

Our lil bubba loves his daycare days. We go here 3 days a week and he loves it every time we rock up since we started at 5 months old. The carers are just so great and caring, esp in the nursery room! Special shout out to Jing, Chloe, Maria and Rosie. They just know our boy so well and he has just come such a long way since starting out here. They fill his days with such lovely activities (things that i will never do at home!) and the app is so great in updating us of his day. It is always the best part of my day to see the wonderful photos they take during the activities. Thank you so very much for looking after our baby so well! Highly recommend this centre!

My 13 month old son has been attending Jellybeans Wembley for the last few months and we couldn't be happier. All the staff have been extremely lovely. They communicate with us when we pick him up and update us about the day. The Xplor app to update us with sleep, eating, activities and photos throughout the day is amazing! Puts me at ease knowing he is in good hands, is happy and enjoying his day.

My 10 month old son has been going to Jellybeans Wembley for almost 5 months now and we absolutely love it. I can see the growth and learning every day! The centre has a positive vibe and the children seem very happy there and love the educators who treat the children as if they were their own. It’s great to know that he is in a caring environment while he isn’t home.

All of the educators really go the extra mile to show they love your child. There might be newer, bigger or cheaper places out there, but the people make the difference.

If you are looking for a daycare with staff that genuinely care for the kids and that love what they do then look no further. We have been blown away by the care that our daughter has received there since she was 9 months old and how well she has bonded to the carers, educators and centre manager Phe. Also adore the updates we receive via the Xplor app. Being new parents we were very apprehensive about putting our bub to daycare but found the staff really helped with the transition. A special shout out to Rosie and Erika who go above and beyond!
On the practical side of things we found the centre manager Phe to be incredibly accommodating and responsive. She also helped us navigate the Centrelink rebate process. One of the things that stood out to me was how hands on Phe is, this was evident by the way all the children greet her, and how our daughter is with her too.
Overall our daughter has absolutely thrived at Jellybeans Wembley! Testament to the place is the excitement our bub displays when we are in the carpark about to enter the centre.
Highly recommend this daycare.

The educators go above and beyond for our baby. They made our clingy child feel comfortable and safe and brought us peace of mind when he started there. They share expertise and helped us sort out some feeding difficulties. We love the centre and its staff, its friendly and community atmosphere and the time and effort the staff put into playing with and educating our child.

We have had all 3 of our children at Jellybeans over the past 10 years. The team have been truly amazing through this time & we will be sad to finish at the end of this year.they are like family. Thanks you!

Both my children have been attending and I cannot fault them. My son in particular has severe separation anxiety issues at the moment and they somehow are able to settle him. This centre has two baby rooms which allows for better rest for the infants as well. Centre manager is well liked by staff and involved heavily in daily affairs. Happy staff = happy children.

I felt comfortable at Jellybeans from the moment I walked in for my tour and had such a professional experience with Ophelia the Centre Manager. We have been at other centers previously and the atmosphere was just noticeably more calm and cheerful and less chaotic. Our son is learning so much through play and we love seeing all the cultural experiences he is participating in. The best part is watching him jump out of my arms when we arrive and run to all of his carers for a cuddle and seeing the bond he has made with them, this is definitely something I am grateful for as it makes me feel more comfortable about his security when being away from me. You can see he is secure, loved and learning which are most important thing for me as a mother.

There is a couple of lovely educators here but the amount of money they charge is nowhere near my expected quality of care. Some days my kids were not fed properly or come home full of insect bites that did not get better for over a week and left scars.

Both my children attended Jellybeans in Wembley in the Kindy room only for a short time, however the experience was excellent. Ophelia the centre manager was very helpful and I was so happy with how supportive they were and how smooth the transition was with our kids settling in. The setup in the Kindy room is lovely with lots of different interactive stations for them to play with. They provide regular updates throughout the day and I really enjoyed seeing photos of what they were up to. At the end of the day both of my children were very happy. Would recommend and would use again if required!

My son has been attending Jellybeans Wembley since july 2018 and I can not fault the care he receives. All the girls are lovely and genuinely care about his well-being and dietary needs. My son has so many little friends and loves telling me about his day and whom he has played with.

My son loves his Toddler's educators, in particular Serina who just goes above and beyond for him! The centre is always clean, food is lovely and all concerns dealt with in a professional manner and promptly by the centre director. Overall a great centre! Would reccomend to anyone looking for great quality care.

If you don’t mind your specific instructions to all the educators (as well as writing it on the form) to not let my baby cry it out, to then be ignored then yeh send your babies here. My baby was left screaming her lungs out in a chair with all the educators just ignoring her! She was on a play session and thank god I stepped out (but kept peaking in) to see how they would settle her because they did not care for her at all! The manager also stated they usually leave them for 10 minutes before going to them! If you are a parent who want your babies physical AND emotional needs and development met I suggest you don’t send them here. I’ve luckily found another daycare that does this and the difference in my babies behaviour between the two is amazing.

The best care and the best staff can only be found at this daycare! Very friendly and professional staff. Wouldn't want to send my kids anywhere else.

Wonderfully caring, genuine and friendly staff that really do make it feel like your child is the highlight of their day. Team also engaged with community in new and interesting ways such as share pantry and street library. Also fully covers all meals from breakfast to dinner which is super handy. Impressive! You all are so awesome, cheers!

Great childcare centre, all staff are friendly and attentive. My child enjoys her time there and I am completely at ease having my child in their care.

The girls at Jellybeans are so friendly and welcoming. My son has been going to this centre since he was 6 months old, he started in the babies room and is currently in the toddlers room and will soon be in the kindy room. He has come such a long way at this centre and learnt so much, this is because of the care that he receives from all of the girls here. I can not recommend this centre enough!
