Jellybeans Child Care Belmont

My son has been going there since he was 8months and now he is 2 now and we left this place. The baby room is very good, staffs are caring and friendly. However once he transit to the toddler room, I find there are some problems.
1. Place are not clean, floor is sticky and I found food in the toys, and the bedsheets got stain on it, the bin is overflow with nappies and it just smell bad sometimes
2. One staff just grabbing the fruit with her hands (in front of me and other staff), this is a basic hygiene knowledge
3. They can’t retain staffs, I believe their staff turnover rate is quite high, I put my son 5days in a week and I met 9 or 10 different teachers in the toddler room and some of them are just casual helper I think? Anyway they never introduced themselves and when you ask them how’s your child today they will say sorry I don’t know I just come to help for a few hours?

After almost 4 years here this place went downhill badly, staffing seemed to be a big issue where they could not retain good staff, this caused was lack of consistency for the children. There was also a big issue with a child who was harming multiple children in there. Although this was raised many times by multiple parents we were told things were being put in place but it never helped. My daughter and one of her little friends became afraid of going due to this boy. It made this an unsafe in environment and we ended up pulling her out. The older childrens rooms are just chaos and many things get missed. Please also be aware that a lot of the reviews on here are from staff so are likely bias reviews.

My son has attended Jellybeans since 2019 and absolutely loves it. The update to the outdoor play spaces has been a very welcomed addition for him as he loves to explore and climb. My daughter's first day is today and I know she is going to love it just as much too.

The staff are amazing and are always excited to see the little ones in the morning and sad to see them go in the afternoon.
The food is great and my son has tasted a lot more things than he would have at home and is loving every minute of being there.

My son started about 3 months ago (now 15 months old) and he loves it! My favourite things about Jellybeans Belmont is firstly the Xplor App which is updated by the educators daily with nutrition, sleep, toileting and photos of the activities they are involved in each day. He also tries all kinds of different foods at daycare. The educators are all lovely and the centre is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Jellybeans have looked after both of my sons from when they were babies. The team have been great, and there have been a few absolutely exceptional educators.

My son has been going to Jellybeans since he was 8/9 months old (2yo now) and we have loved it. The centre is very clean, the staff and educators are lovely and remember your name. My son always find at least one educator to become attached too in each room. They do some great activities with the kids. I feel my son has benefitted greatly with his learning, development and speech being at a great level. They use the Xplor app so it is great to be able to get the photo updates during the day, especially when he was younger. Would highly recommend.

Our daughter Avery has been at jellybeans Belmont from nursery and is now in the babies room, she has had lovely educators and has clearly enjoyed her time. Everyone is always friendly and the photo updates are the highlight of our day. It’s nice to come pick up a happy bubba.

My son has gone to this daycare since he was 6 months old. The educators have been amazing and put our minds at ease when we leave him there. The app s great at giving updates throughout the day. All the staff have been amazing during COVID and putting the health of families and staff at the utmost importance

Our kid Naira has been going to Jellybeans for 2 months now and she is showing tremendous changes in her personality since then! She has started saying words! We were primarily looking for her to start speaking and there are a lot of positive signs towards this! And it's so easy to track her day-to-day activities through the xplor app, which is a big relief, for sure! Love Jellybeans! ️

This daycare is the most caring and loving daycare I have sent my son to! Jellybeans has a very high professionalism and are loving and caring! Recommend them to all families!

Jellybeans belmont is a very good and modern childcare centre. My two boys are in Jellybeans for nearly two years. They love the educators there and have been really enjoying everyday in the centre.

Jellybeans Belmont is an excellent place for kids. The facility is clean with professional and friendly staffs. The food prepared daily for kids are nutritious and also delicious. My daughter loves their homemade muffin. Many photos are provided on the app on a daily basis. Child routine for the day are updated on the app which includes time of food intake, nap and toilet visits. Educator will also provide update of how the child go for the day when parent picking up their child. My daughter had an enjoyable time and I'm sure she will miss all her educators and friends.

We are extremely happy with the care of our daughter by Jellybeans Belmont staff and the great progress she has shown us. The educators and management are so cooperative and always helpful when it need the most. Highly recommend to anyone with no doubt. Their app is excellent that we can see everything what our daughter doing and food was amazing as freshly prepared daily. My daughter love to go there always as it has friendly atmosphere.

The food is great, with menus reviewed and changed with each season, meeting the daily nutrition requirements of the children, whilst also providing a variety of different style meals. The centre also caters for special dietary requirements whether it be an allergy, intolerance, cultural requirement or family preference.
The outdoor environments have also had a revamp and look amazing with lots of space for the children to engage in educational experiences and learning opportunities and lots of natural elements including fruit trees where the children are able to pick and eat fresh fruit and berries directly from the tree's.

My daughter has spent nearly two years with the wonderful educators at Jellybeans Belmont and we have been so happy with her care and the vested interest of all staff members. We will miss the centre and all my daughters friends. I even cried saying goodbye to the educators!

Wonderful centre filled with happy children and friendly, professional educators. The outdoors areas are excellent, good parking and great location for parents working in the city or at the airport. Thank you for giving my daughter many happy memories.

Jellybeans child care Belmont is an amazing organization that gives individual child with any needs and also create an arena for them to shine and feel important. The staff and administration are always willing to listen to any concerns or questions and also treat everyone/parents with utmost respect. Highly recommend this centre.
