They have a sign outside their window saying “ALL JEANS $59.95”. But when you go inside and choose the ones you want, you get a staff member with an attitude telling you that it’s not all jeans and that the sign outside has the tiniest disclaimer that’s in a colour that blends in the background saying it’s actually only selected ones.

When confronted about how insane that is.their excuse is just “oh but all the shops do it”. This should be illegal and also how can anyone sleep at night knowing they’re just trying to trick their own customers.

I've brought two pairs of jeans from here and the washing instructions say wash on a cold cycle. I was them on a cold cycle and on a hand wash and every time I wash them they slowly shrink. They shrink by length and width. I had taken them back to the store and they measured them next to a brand new pair and yep they definitely shrunk. They store replaced them but now with the new pair, the same thing is happening. Wont buy jeans from them again.

Bought woolen jumper washed it in an expensive washer on handwash only cycle. Item shrank extensively not very please and I know it said hand wash but you would think item could be washed on a hand wash only cycle. Rant ended thank you.
