Would have given 0 stars if I could have. I went to jeans West Belmont on sunday 31 of July and did not have a good experience! I am actually pretty mad and disappointed! There was a note on the door as I arrived. The lady greeted me with im about to go to lunch. I replied ok I will be quick. I felt like I was rushed out the door. I was not able to try on clothes I was not even allowed to buy anything there no help at all. I was told to leave the store the lady had to go to lunch. I'm sorry not good enough! Where are the staff to cover

Went to belmont specifically to purchase an item in my size and on a Saturday the older lady behind the counter decided to ignore customers and close up shop at 2pm when every other shop in belmont forum is open until the normal closing time. She was extremely rude went she left the shop after being simply asked why it was closed early. Not a review on the shop itself, but the terrible service by this woman.

I went in the other day - not a good experience. Went back today and 'Anita' helped me greatly with my exchange. Great customer service from her and she was willing to give 110% to ensure I was happy.

I first shopped at Jeanswest in the 70's when it competed with Kmart etc.but did quite well because Jeanswest filled a niche Kmart couldnt compete with. The urban cowboy/girl attire. Non of the attire we loved is now in jeanswest. Instead they directly compete with Kmart's style of clothing like a single pocket plain shirt and the the pocket is so small its useless. Jeanswest has discarded its core products and its just another general clothing shop now that'll struggle to survive.

I have always found the staff there to be so accommodating and helpful especially Jayne - she works so hard and always loves to keep the shop in tip top condition and will do her utmost to have you leave the shop happy with your purchase. Great stuff.

Such amazing service! Thank you so much to Deborah who from the moment I walked in the door offered her assistance, she made me feel comfortable being able to talk to her with what I was looking for, I walked out one very happy customer and will definitely return.

I have never had such helpful service in retail! I was guided through the different selections and ended up totally over the moon with my purchases. Will def be back that’s for sure.

Great service and honest advice today, I wasn't even sure I was going to buy a pair of jeans when I went in the store. The sales girl was lovely and made my shopping experience enjoyable. I purchased a number of items and I will look forward to returning soon.

Seriously helpful service. Great, reasonably priced product. Makes one of my least favourite jobs tolerable.
