Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers and some clothes around 3: 00pm 24/1/24.served by a rude hijabi girl with an attitude at the cashier annoyed that she had to do her job while working.

Poorest customer service! Standing around talking, don't even acknowledge customers in store. I took my money down to footlocker instead. Shame, was there to purchase x3 pairs of shoes & x3 bags.

Last year my sister took my cousin to the jd sport and buy the air force 1 and nmd r1 v2

If I could give zero stars I would. This store in particular has been ripping off customers big time. They had a pair of kids shoes with a HUGE $20 tag attached and they charged the customer $30. When the customer brought this up they flat out refused to refund the $10. They have been reported to the ACCC. I strongly believe this store may soon well close permanently.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was treated terrible by a lady whom I presume to be the manager of the store.she denied sale of a shoe to me that I was buying for my daughter as it was 0.5 size off her size and it was a Nike Air Jordan so she said no. She was short tempered and unhelpful with resolving the solution. From now on I will only shop at Footlocker or Hype DC as their customer service is much better.

Don't try to call the store with the phone number on website or the number Lakeside shopping centre gives you they don't answer

System of obtaining shoes, waiting for delivery, queuing twice, combined poor staff service does not not work efficiently especially at a busy time. Very disappointing.

I have just spent 20 minutes in the shoe section waiting to be served. Staff standing around chatting amongst themselves. After 20 minutes I couldn’t believe I was still standing there. Went to rebel sports and within 20 seconds of being in the shoe department, I was offered assistance. 3 pairs of shoes bought in about 3 minutes vs 20 minutes of waiting at JD. Appalling.

Just waiting till you go out of business….

We went in and after standing around not being served for 15 minutes despite several employees looking me dead in the face then dropping their heads and walking away my eldest son was able to flag down an employee. I asked if I could have some help with sizing for my six year old and he basically said they don’t help with sizing. Okay so how do I work out what size he is? He told me to guess! Imagine being a shoe store that won’t help with sizing! Lmaooo

Will not be shopping here ever! And by the looks of it a lot of it neither will a lot of other people. Take your money somewhere else! Anywhere else!

Arrogant and extremely disrespectful staff. I've never been to ANY store that treats people like there nothing.

If I could, I would have given no stars. One star makes everyone think it could even be worth trying.

These days it's never about the products in the store, it's about customer service. So why would you treat people poorly, who technically are paying you at the end of the day.

Beware on adidas socks especially the anklets ones on JD store. Bad quality and bad fitting, also keep in mind that they won’t give any refund on these terrible socks they sell. I recommend buying your socks from Skechers it’s 10x better. JD store has poor customer service, won’t be buying from this store again.

Most certainly the best customer service I have had in a long time. The workers there were very helpful, happy and reddy to give me a hand with anything that I needed my best experience and 5/5 star rating

This place is always busy which is a good thing! Lots of different brands to choose from. Just be aware if you like baggy jumpers to go up a size or two! I went for a mens jumper and needed a much bigger size to fit properly!

Female staff at counter are totally uninterested in serving anyone. I couldn’t find the price on one of the items I was interested in, I asked her if she could let me know how much the item was, she looked like that was too much effort, she than said it’s inside the shorts. The lady today looked at me while I waited in line behind another customer, continued to fold clothes for another 3 minutes, then when the manager came out she decided to ask me if I was “ok” Clearly I’d like to pay for something! Continued with her attitude while she put my purchase through. No eye contact made. Not the best first experience.
