JB Military helped me replace a lost set of medals of my Grandfather.
The experience was very positive and professional.
We identified the campaigns he served in and replaced all the lost medals with original for the most part of his service spanning 40 years.
The medals were posted to me on the east coast of Australia and arrived in a timely fashion making my father a very happy man for Father's Day.
With Covid on and everyone in lock down what a great way to bring my family together this was.

Top effort JB Team. Was left my great grandads medals, of which the ribbons had worn away and medals had come off the back pin thing. I took them to the shop in Morley and the medal mounter advised me of the process and cost to fix. I had the medals all fixed up and now I can wear them on special occasions and they look great. Thank you very much JB team, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent all round service. I had my service medals remounted by JB's. The previous set had not lasted 2 years, having had these mounted by another business. Fantastic store as its not only unique with quality products but the staff are extremely helpful. I thoroughly recommend checking it out for an array of war memorabilia, coins and numerous other items at very reasonable prices. The customer service, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are second to none!

Im sure they're fine to deal with when buying from as others have noted, but my experience as someone trying to sell was less than ideal. I'm not stupid and it was pretty clear that these guys were keen to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the items. Instead I did some quick reserach, posted on ebay and very quickly recieved over ten times the offer I got from the staff here. Enough said really, wont be back.

For the person who understands himself, his sacrifice and his dogma. This tremendously generous company will reward beyond expectations. In any business transaction.
