In my 70’s and not very good with tech issues, Lochie was kind and patient and really went out of his way to find a solution for me. JB has a new customer!

Employees are surprisingly tolerant of us connecting to the speakers and playing pirate noises. 5/5 would come again.

Staff stand around talking or are just busy with other stuff. I always find it hard to get help.

Also happy to price hunt online as they aren't the cheapest.

Purchased Cocain Bear, John Wick 4 and season 19 South Park, 99 times out of 100 they always have what you're looking for at a discounted price.

As a chain store there shouldn't be too much difference between locations. But when you can find what you want, when the Staff are knowledgeable and helpful? Well you know you're in the Right Place.

As always the Staff and atmosphere at this my local JBs is second to none. A great friendly team that knows their product and how to offer solutions to tech problems.

I rate JB hifi highly but just retuned my samsung watch as the battery was overheating. Thought it was odd the young staffers would have preferred I take it direct to Samsung. Does this mean JB are pulling background their previous excellent aftersales service or just young staffer?

Very helpful staff today. Wanted a compact camera that is hard to source in a world where CPU shortages are causing an issue for cars and camerers plus anything else that needs chips.

Customer service is appalling. I went into JB Hi Fi with my son to get an Ethernet adapter USB hub. I found a worker that seem to not be busy as another worker was already helping with this seemed to be disgruntled customer. So why does this customer need two workers helping him I thought. I quickly asked the worker and he clearly didn’t listen to what I was after specifically and waved his hand just pointed towards some direction saying down there, very vague help. So I searched for the cable couldn’t find it. So started to go towards him 5 mins later and he said he had called someone to help me. (Probably a lie)
Waited another 5-10minutes while this worker helped another customer and then chatted to his work colleagues but still no one coming to help. I felt snubbed off and was about to eventually go and see if I could get the cable elsewhere when eventually the same worker said I can help you now. I waited 15mins all more when it only took him a second to take us where the cable adapter was and less time for me at the counter to pay for it then me waiting for customer service help me. I felt I was a nuisance just trying to get help. So disappointed.

Staff were friendly enough but the store itself is really not accessible. I know there probably isn't much they can do but when I went into the center with a pram the way to get in was awful. You have to go outside and up a lift but then you have to wait for them to answer a bell to get in and it wasn't until someone came to go into a staff room that they noticed and let me in. Eventually I got in there but won't be back unless I have to unfortunately.

Helpful and friendly staff. Prices reasonable. Easy to find products in the store. Arranged access by lift as I am required to use a Walker.

Had a very bad experience at jbhifi whitfords recently I wanted to buy a pair of headphones this was supposed to be a quick transaction I couldn’t find one salesperson in that store so I had to go to the front desk the nice lady helped me by find one of the salespersons this transaction quickly turned into a nightmare when he tried to sell me everything in that store I felt like I was being held hostage lol.save yourself the time and pain and just go to Joondalup home instead.

Came into store today to purchase a new Samsung Mobile. Lovely young gentleman helped me out and organized phone case and charger for me. Very happy with service and would definitely recommend.

The customer service was great and this one guy helped me chose wich type of gaming headphones would suit my needs highly recommend this JB-HI-FI

JB is always good for electronics. They are the only store selling movies now and games are cheaper there. The staff are pretty good too and can help you find what you are looking for.
