Just bought another phone and again they pricematched.

When there and bought a phone today and one of their employee "Kirin" was extremely helpful, just a great guy assisting me with decision and walk me through the process with such a wholesome personality. 10/10 for the amazing service, great staff and a bargain sale would definitely visit the store again highly recommend it.

The lady on security is what JB need more of. Personable and polite, there to do a job but also as the first person you see, it needs to be a friendly one. She is a credit to your store.

I ducked in here at the last minute on a Saturday around 15 minutes before closing, but knew what I was there for so it wasn't a long visit. I asked the guy at the door which direction to go and he pointed out the right direction verbally and physically which made things easier. I even apologised to the counter staff for being a last minute customer but they were polite and friendly and said it was not a problem.

Having worked in retail I know exactly how annoying a last minute customer can be so I certainly appreciated the pleasantness.and as I was walking out I came to realise that I wasn't the last person there.

Good choice of goods. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Great company. There is always something new.

Click and collect was very quick and was pretty painless even though it was boxing day and the staff were under the pump.

Good sales advice on buying a Samsung s22 for50$.
We charged over to telstra in the process.

Everything is great until you need a refund or exchange.

1. The digital receipt couldn't be downloaded.
2. The digital receipt is on the phone I'm trying to get replaced.
3.they wouldn't replace/refund, they want to send it china, and I cannot wipe my data.
4. Says that the phone is damaged from water in the air, and he's seen it many times. (seriously! Water in the air)
5. The douche behind the counter says i can get a second option from his buddy. (haha serious)

Will never purchase from JVHifi again on the basis that i don't trust their refund/exchange policy.which seems to be based on the opinions from children working there.

Took an item back for warranty claim. The staff were excellent, made it easy as possible. A delight to visit.

Great products for cheap prices. Staff didn't have knowledge of products and were not too friendly. Great for music and movies and TV shows if you collect DVDs. Needs to improve customer service but the rest is great.

Excellent customer service from Caleb on Saturday. I had been looking at a new tablet and had priced around but went back to JB purely for the help I had received from Caleb.his knowledge and help was fantastic.he is a credit to the store

First walked in to look at tvs Caleb was there to help pick out a good tv and sound bar next day
Help pick out cord’s and sort out a HDMI problem
Next day helped again to sort out a wall adapter issue

Caleb is a professional salesman who can help sort out what you need and help you in anyway he can so walk into jbhifi and go straight to Caleb

Good range here, as I was looking for some replacement earbuds. The service from the green haired woman at the checkout was woeful. Standard JB 'too cool for school's aloofness.

Cool place to pick up band mechandise such as Metallica coffee mugs or Beatles T shirts, they usually have a good range of phones on offer and accessories for them.
Sometimes they'll ask for your phone number for sending a digital receipt, you can always refuse them if you don't want spam texts.

A few times I have been in here hasn't been the greatest. Although staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, they also just want sales.
After discussing what I want from a product and told the item would be great for it, I have found myself returning items as they have been unable to do the very thing I purchased it for.

Went and looked around for a new laptop for university, I found that Caleb from Mandurah Forum JBHIFI was so helpful and his customer service wad amazing he was honest, helpful and did an awesoke deal for me. If you need anything from jbhihi just ask for caleb. He was lovely, definitely will be going back regardless of competitors pricing.

JB HI-FI offer a huge range off products combined with helpful staff with knowledge on what they sell it's a first choice store ;)
