Too busy, too many people, lots of staff but they were all busy and I couldn't find a register to purchase a product.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Workers don’t know how to do their job. I went there today to purchase a macbook, asked specifically for space grey colour and just got home all excited to unbox it and found out it’s midnight. Terrible services.

My husband and I bought a Bose sound-bar from this store. We tried for 3 weeks to get it to work with our tv but it seemed it was incompatible. My husband returned the sound-bar to the store and upon entering was greeted by a sales person who walked my husband over the audio section of the store where he agreed that Bose have been having issues and we can indeed get a refund. He printed off our receipt and wrote “faulty - refund customer” on it and told him to take it to the front counter for processing and he would arrange to send the speaker off for repair. He kept the soundbar with him whilst my husband went to the front counter as directed. Unfortunately because I had used my card for the transaction, the refund could not be processed that day as I was not present at the time; we were told to come back with the correct card and they can do the refund. When we returned to the store for the refund 2 days later we were served by Matthew. I have never in my life been served by someone with so little customer service skills or manners. He basically accused us of lying about leaving the speaker in store and continued to tell his manager “apparently they left the goods here because apparently we said we would refund them”. The manager checked the cctv and confirmed we left the speaker with the sales staff two days previously. We got our refund. The whole process took almost 1 hour. If you visit this store and see Matthew; go somewhere else. He is arrogant and rude and should not be working in a customer facing role.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to a young lady who sold me an Apple Watch 45 8 series at 135 pm yesterday

Walked into the Good Guys before, stood there for 5 mns and NOT 1 person asked if they could help

You guys were busy, but she took time to help, sold me an add on, gave me a wee discount, and was a pleasure to deal with
She was tall!

I bought bluetooth headset last week off jb hi fi works ok i have had them before i bought another from ebay i thought it was new as was almost same price anyway i could not connect the one from ebay i went into jbs told girl i just bought off her last week also another from ebay i cant seem to connect am i pairing correctly she said in a loud voice and snatched ear piece off me jesus christ you did not even buy this one off us i said please give it me back and walked out i have had issues there before off young cocky girls a follow up on post i since contacted store manager crystal 3 days later she said she was waiting for my call on the day of the incident as i walked away after getting my ear piece back off lady as i left to leave the shop i looked back and the girl and mark the other store manager were both laughing when he saw me the smile droped i told this to crystal she was nice to talk to at first until i asked if i could get her head office phone number which for some reason she does not have the she half hung up on me very rude in the end you really need training up in customer service talking to other people they say many problems with jb rude staff

I returned to the store to return an item. I was approached by Nirish and he immediately recognised me from many months ago also remembering that I had to change a robot vacuum.

Staff said he had existing customer and said he would come back to me but never did. Luckily another staff member stocking shelves was able to help.

Stopped in quickly to purchase an sd card, left with a new TV and surround sound system, staff are helpful and seem to be quite knowledgeable in their respective departments.

Went in today, a Thursday… to get a basic new mobile. Guy was busy looking for some phone for another person. I asked if any other staff could help. He said the blonde girl with glasses can. When she was free she came and said which phone was ok, then the guy started back helping previous person. I asked if she could finish serving me and she just walked off. Not friendly, rude, bad service. The guy quite helpful advising how to set it up etc. I wouldn’t go back again on principle.

The staff at JB Hi-Fi Malaga are super helpful and friendly, the girl at the checkout and another team member from the games department arranged for me to have a game transferred from another store so I could purchase it locally! I really appreciated this as I am very busy and wasn't able to go to the other store.

Staff are ok until it comes to a return for a faulty product. Had to get fair trading involved to get the problem sorted. Will never shop at the Malaga branch again.

I like strolling around JB especially when there's good sales on, this particular jb-hi-fi is my closest one so usually go there. For some reason though all the music stuff (instruments etc) are no longer there?

Horrible experience today. Waited half an hour and not acknowledged by staff once.
Rang Harvey Norman down the road whilst waiting. They had the same product. So left JB Hi-Fi and went there and was in and out within 10 minutes with my item.

Hey people how about signing in either on the app or written form, over 12 people just walk straight in didn't bother and security dont seem to inforce it terrible this is how complacent we are about covid. Disgusted.wait till we get it here in Perth god help us.

The manager, Dani, is an absolute legend. The lengths she has gone to for a warranty claim from Gopro have been above and beyond. Nice to have a pleasurable retail experience.
