Bought a dji mini 3 drone, friendly staff member served me, his advice and knowledge were extremely inaccurate, though. Staff at the service counter were, from observation, very lazy and inattentive. I often wonder where customers service has gone.oh well.

Not a huge fan of JB these days as their prices are often pushing up against HN, but the staff here on a Sunday afternoon were fantastic. Super helpful.

Staff are helpful. Range is good. Parking could be a bit easier at times due to number of spots but other than that I enjoy shopping here.

Great customer service - shout out to Rob Evans who went above and beyond to help us with the handing of a faulty laptop under warranty. Very friendly, helpful and thorough. He spent plenty of time with us to come up with multiple solutions which gave us options to choose from. Thank you Rob.

Had to search to find someone to help with the appliance section but inundated with unwanted help in the electronics section. That said the service all round was friendly.and mostly helpful.

I love JB Hi-Fi. I always get lost in all the stock and displays, but theres always something to see and find.
From electronics to fridges, movie to anime, you really can't go wrong.
Be warned, on the weekend this place can get packed! So parking can become a bit tight, but that shows how popular they are!

Big store with a Big selection if you love JBHIFI.

The only downside is the parking, how do the planners/architects get these things so wrong?

Typical perth customer service. Stood in store for more then 20min waiting for help with a vacuum while watching 2 staff sit around talking with each other. Ended up leaving and buying from harvey norman.

All good very cooperative staff, However the gentleman working in my area was too busy stock taking and left me waiting for more than 20 minutes

This is the best JB HiFi in Australia.

We first started shopping here for CD's.

The staff go out of their way to assist customers an quickly recognise regular/return customers and will always give you their "best" price if you adk for it.

We won't shop at any other electronics shop.

Have what you want unless what you want is customer service, of which is non existent even when the store is almost empty.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They had really good product knowledge and competitive prices. This is a very good store.

This store is definitely hit and miss with their staff for customer service. The Whitfords Store have much nicer staff and are always willing to help you.

I had a problem with a surface pro pen which suddenly stopped working, they tested it and swapped it out with a replacement quickly and easily.

Not the greatest range of audio sound systems and customer service needs improvement. Almost every time I go here I'm left standing, gazing around for assistance whilst the staff just walk right on by. I always end up having to hunt someone down.
