JB Hi-Fi Home Superstore

The staff are always so rude and unhelpful. Other stores are not like this? The manager quite literally scoffed at us when we questioned his sale ticket placement on items not on sale. Will not be back, will go elsewhere or online.

A million thanks to the young guy’s (manager) extraordinary service, helped me to transfer my laptop from the other store so efficiently, and made collecting procedure so easy for me when my working time collided with their opening hours

Amazing experience with the team at Mandurah Home, Tristan and the team BOH where so helpful and understanding when we had an issue with a tv we purchased, going out of the way to help us. 100% Service excellence

In the last couple of years I bought different products from this shop (from fridge to iPad), and every single experience was excellent. The staff (young people my generation like to complain about), were always helpful, engaged and happy to answer questions and finding the right product for me.
So, yes, I’m a happy customer.

Simon who works at JBHIFI in Greenfields has given me fantastic service also has gone out of his way to help me I use to go to The Good Guys next door and the service there is shocking they were no help at all so thanks Simon and JBHIFI for taking care of me the last 3 years I won't go anywhere else to buy our electronic products thanks guys keep up the good work and one other thing there music is turned down low. Good sized store with most items on display including white goods.
Scored a very helpful shop assistant, Stan, who was able to assist us with our entire shopping list & advise on the best item for our needs.
Easy to find, lots of parking and lovely service. We will be back

Friendly staff that help you look for the best deal according to what you want to purchase. Customer service was great and the two people we dealt with on separate occasions spent as much time as was necessary to inform us of the best purchase.

Leading up to Xmas so many staff but felt like they where already on holidays! The amount of money I spent in JB and poor service I would go elsewhere!

Great customer service from Scott at JB HI-FI mandurah HOME in Greenfield's. I Had a fualty product that had to be returned. They had no more in stock and got told it be a few days before I got a replacement the next day it was there ready to be picked up.

I frequently visit this store because it's not in a shopping centre. Unfortunately there isn't much stock on hand. Meaning a visit the the forum is still required.

Bought new drone package, also a new Samsung phone. Staff were very helpful and well mannered. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

In the past 2 months I've had to return two faulty items, a Panasonic sound bar and a PS5 controller (no fault to JB HI-FI). The returns were easy and and stress-less.

I always shop here, the staff answer every question accurately and honestly, items are in the correct spots and when they're not they give you the price on the price tag. This is an excellent store and always a pleasure to shop at.

Was just in your store 19/05 was very disappointing not one employee offended any help even though there was 7 staff at the register talking to each other. For 10 minutes we waited still no help so just walked out. Will be spending my money in the rockingham store from now on they are always friendly and helpful.

The staff are fantastic they know their products and can point tou in the right direction, and when something goes wrong they will look at the product, run it through it passes, and if there is not right they will replace it with no hassle, all i can say i love this store.

Visited last Thur.purchased a TV with the help of very helpful staff members.the purchase was done quickly & efficiently

Some staff are good but some staff i feel were not much help. Instead of getting someone who knows about the product, they would just explain it in lack of detail.

The staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to the Mandurah staff for making it so easy!

I'm one of those weirdo's that likes to purchase physical media and JB Hi-Fi is one of the last places around that still sell CD's and DVD's in the area.
I lìke how they added the R18+ games section since the new laws let us purchase Mortal Kombat 9.

The DVD section is pretty large and alphabetised along with segmented areas for horror, animated tv and superhero stuff etc. Just wish I could find a copy of Goldeneye and the first Jeepers Creepers.

The back majority of the store is all about appliances so I'm happy with the store layout, the staff have always been friendly and never get pushy with me.
