64JB came through again! A lovely young lady (loved the Christmas themed outfit and head-dress) helped me find exactly what I was looking for - gift my grandson. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service: Casey (staff at JBHiFI Cockburn) was able to give me quality time, was able to listen to my query re a malfunctioning product and able to rectify it promptly. She was warm, empathic and professional. Demonstrated a willingness to help and go the extra mile. All with a smile. Well done 10/10
This is a great JB Hi-Fi store it has plenty of store workers to answer questions, it's never fully packed out so browsing is not hectic
Good knowledgeable staff, in and out no messing around. Even helpful with where to get products they don't stock.
Bought a tv of them and with extra warranty but it broke down after year and asked em if the could repair or replace they contacted Samsung for me and they said they replaced it with in 14days been well over 14 days not I call them they tell me they can’t help me it’s Samsung tv go talk to them not our problem we can’t help u manage at cockburn mike it’s been 2 months and 27 days since I told them it was broken
Just ok, when fairly comparing it to other JB Hifis and similar stores. The range is average and the layout could be better. I also didn't have a great experience with the sales staff, which is typically the save for most general retail stores. My local CBD JB Hifi typically has way nicer staff so I'd just stick to that, but if it's your local and they have what you want, then it would be fine.
Took a while to get served. The guy had no idea about the product. I purchased it and used it straight away and it did not do what the guy said it would. Wwnt straight back a returned to which the ladies response was, we dont ussually do this but ill make the exception.
Audio stopped working in my kids laptop (4 months old). Took it in as it was still under warranty, rep was very helpful. They couldn't fix it. That's when he noticed the broken hinge and refused to process further. Apparently broken hinge causes audio issues? Wake up guys!
Nobody pays you any attention, all the sales ppl are glued to their phones with super glue, so I lalked out and went to the good guys instead.
Big store with plenty of stock. Can get a little confusing to find exactly what you want but staff are very helpful.
JBHIFI Cockburn is always a pleasant store to visit. The staff are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products in their section. I also find them very attentive and helpful whether you are buying or not.
Today I went in to Cockburn store becuase of a little inconvenience. But the manager Michael did an amazing job to assure the issue was resolved highly recommend this store for future purchases
Nena helped me and my mum get our new phone. She set us up with an awesome plan that suits us perfectly and we are so happy with the phone she recommended to us. She really took her time to provide us with all the details of the purchase. Her patient and kind service was amazing!
