JB Hi-Fi Armadale

Need a movie or something good. Can recommend the Armadale JB hi Fi. Staff were super helpful

Went in was asked if I needed a hand, I said yes and started to explain what I needed. Sales person just left half way through my conversation and didn't return. Was very awkward and strange

Very helpful service from the staff took their time giving answers to questions will go back again

Bought a Samsung A32 phone from here. Phone signal was bad from day 1 for both phone and internet. Tried multiple branded sims and still had issues. Did research online to discover signal problems are a common issue for this phone.

Went to return it back to the store for refund as this is a major defect. I would not have bought it had I know about the signal issues.

The store refused and instead is sending it of to manufacturer.

I highly, highly recommend that you do not buy items from Jb hifi.

Choose stores where they are not commission based. Because they try to shaft you. I will accept nothing short of a refund. If need be this will be going to the small claims court

Great staff and good layout, its not too crowded and allows you to travel through the store without squishing past people

Helpful staff, although they couldn't help the afterpay issue it resolved itself at another store but that's no fault to the kind staff that work here.

I had to play a game of chase the staff member. Soon as they saw a customer they scurried off and pretended to be busy. Not very professional. Shouldn't complain to much i did get a good deal.

Had an awesome experience earlier today with one of your workers, I’m not sure of his name but he had a cool shirt on and was a new staff member, helped me chose what portable speaker to buy and was very knowledgeable. One happy customer! Will definitely be returning

It's one of my favorite places. There are good stuffs that I am looking for and best staffs. I think it deserves to get good reputation by customers.

Bought an apple product from them few days ago. I did not receive student discount even though other JB HIFI stores were happy to offer the discount to me with no questions asked had they got the item in stock. The staff asked to see my uni student ID, and upon inspection they determined that I was not eligible for the discount because the Curtin guild membership sticker on my student ID did not say 2021, even though it has nothing to do with the validity of my student ID. I understand the staff are trying to do their job by preventing people who are not eligible for the discount from exploiting the system. They had no intention in helping me applying for the discount, and their attitudes only improved only when I finally decided to purchase the product at full price in the end. I would avoid this store if you're an Uni student and want to receive the student discount which you're eligible for.

I bought a galaxy A72 for my pernter and she asked for purple colour we bought the phone and i took the phone in the car parking we opened the phone beacuse the back and the front of the was quite different colours and also look cheap palistic at the back of the phone then I bring back the phone to return my money or changed to the black colour the manager said he won't be able to replace it beacuse that is not the JB hi Fi policy and I was so upset angry I said to him I just bought the phone why u are replacing it finally he changed the phone for me and I am really sorry for being impolite I hope he understood that was my pernter is phone once again thanks for all ur time and the help u did

It's ok nothing out of the ordinary. Apart from specials their pricing is the same if not more expensive. Shop around b4 buying anything.

Hi another one of my favourite stores found exactly what I wanted for a great price with A1 service

This is more about JB Online sales than the Armadale Store.
However, the store had my order for 8 business hours before handing it over to a courier for a so called express delivery.
Purchased a small but pricey mobile phone.
Delivery options were limited to Australia Post and a courier - not named.
I chose the courier as they promised quicker delivery though cost more than the Post option.
Note: Poor form JB charging for delivery on small high priced items.
The Courier, which turned out to be Toll was a terrible experience.
Again poor form JB for dealing with them.

No customer service at this store. Staff are rude.

Last week I asked manager to price match with office works (as their policy) and was told yes but you will get the demo model laptop.not a new one. Went to office works and I save $15 off the same new computer.

Friday I asked if they would price match a Samsung 10.1 inch tablet from office works $329 and was told by manager yes. It was to be picked up today and when I went to the counter it wasn't there. Ask out the back (Store Room) staff member said if its on hold its at the counter. On the way out of the store I asked a third staff member and was told they aren't in stock.

I also wanted them to price match a Samsung micro sd card that they have for $59 and office works has for $36.70 but none in stock when I want to price match but today at the counter I asked if they had stock and was told yep 12 to be exact.

Poor customer service and being lied to so I cancelled the DJI Mavic Mini drone I had on order ($775) called office works and picked one up at office works and saved $10

Customer service is shocking, would of gave a half star if it would let me. Product availability is limited and trying to source from another store is available within another state. So therefore visiting this store is rendered USELESS!

Bought a laptop and 2 phones here recently with excellent service each time, the best JB Hi-Fi in Perth.

I worked in this store for a couple of weeks as an Lpo and I have to say the staff are the most amazing down to earth people you meet so kind and the manager is a great manager over all best store I worked in best way to leave on a good note thank you to Armadale jb HiFi staff ya DA best
